At our new house I was appalled that the inspector from another pest control company missed the termites in the inspection of our house when we were going to buy the house - so needless to say they never made my short list of companies to call for the termite work. But of all the companies I did call and get an estimate I was most impressed with Petri. I liked that they didn't tent, though I was a little nervous at first. I researched the Bayer product they used to treat for termites and was comfortable with it and was thankful that we would not have to endure the fumigation and tenting of our house. Their guarantees on the product also make you quite comfortable with the process. As for the actual treatment, their technician took the greatest care in treating our house. He took his time and searched out where the main termite problem was and then treated the rest of the house. Because of this experience I used Petri for the house we were selling. I wanted the house done right. Again, the no-tenting does make people nervous, but I assured the buyers that I believed in the product and Petri does as well with their guarantee to retreat and repair any further damage to the house as a result of termite damage after the treatment. We saved the foliage around the house and I feel confident that the termites are gone from the property.

Donnie described the process and the various options I had for service. I opted for the one time, $150 full house indoor/outdoor treatment. Daryl, the technician, showed up on time and was very courteous and thorough. There was absolutely no odor from the indoor treatment and I was advised to keep the dogs in for at least an hour (I think that was the time frame) after he was done treating around the house. I am very pleased with my experience.

I had called 3 companies for free estimates; Petri was the 2nd one to come over and after meeting with Joe Andreassi, I signed a contract and canceled the 3rd company's appt for next day; Joe was extremely nice and explained everything; he walked me around the house to point things out; he offered immediate help for my rodent problem and showed me how to set the traps and even gave me bait to use; the 1st company had wanted to charge me $250 but Joe's free advice solved that problem; Joe told me how much he liked his job and how great the company is and I felt so comfortable that I signed up without hesitation; Jerry the technician came out as scheduled and was on time and professional and also spoke well of the company and the owners; he did a thorough job and advised what would likely happen next as far as the ants/roaches; it happened exactly as he predicted and he came back out at no additional charge and treated areas again; great people; great company; they're amazing!

Their quote of linear feet was accurate; some of the other quotes had wildly exaggerated linear feet estimates and your quote is based on the linear feet that need to be treated. They showed up on time. Repaired all holes drilled in wood and pavers.

They come over on a regular basis. They have different service plans you can chose from, for what you need. The service they have given us has been great. I would highly recommend them. I think we pay less than 100 for the service.

I'm thrilled with Petris Positive Pest Control's service. They are very responsive and will call back or come almost immediately. Their spraying is very effective. We pay them an annual fee that I feel is reasonable.

I thought they were great. They were responsible, punctual, and very professional. Their quality of work is great, but the price was a little high. It wasn't that bad though. I would recommend them to others.

They generally come and do the house inside and out on the first visit, then treat only outside, unless there is a problem. They come six times a year, more if they are needed for a problem. I would recommend these folks for their thoroughness and dependability.

I am so happy I found this company as they were great at correcting the ant problem. In less than a month, I seen a big difference in the amount of ants we had. They are always on time and when they can't be on time they call and let you know that they are going to be late. They spent a lot of time finding where the ants where coming from and made sure to get those areas. They gave me the quality of work I like and the results I wanted.

I am not very happy with them because their service doesn't seem to be working on the yard, and I'm thinking of changing them. For example, I had a big ant problem, they supposedly took care of it, and soon after they appeared again. They are nice people and come right away when I call them, but I don't think they do very good work. I think I make three payments a year.

Excellent. They responded promptly to each need for additional service. The applicator was polite and thorough, even checking the surrounding yards to locate all possible contributing infestations. We have retained them on a yearly contract subsequent to the initial treatment.

It went very well. I only wanted to have one service because we were selling the house, and they were very accommodating - no pressure to sign a year contract or anything. Now that it is done, we have absolutely no more ant problems. I was really surprised how many dead ants we say once they were done...I'm very glad we hired them.

After seeing flying termites in my home, I scheduled a termite inspection. The representative returned my call within 24 hours to schedule an appointment later the same week. The representative showed up on time and inspected my home (interior and exterior) and attic. No termite damage was found and no termite infestation was found. The inspector confirmed the flying things that I had seen, killed and saved specimens, they were drywood termites. The representative suggested a preventative treatment that included a 10 year warranty against infestation with termite damage repair up to $5000. The treatment was scheduled for the following week. The person showed up on time and spent 2+ hours in my attic treating the wood. He was very nice and professional. He also treated the wood frame around my door since that was the location where the flying termites were seen. Overall, a very good experience.

Responsive, fairly priced, results to be determined.

They are extremely professional and courteous. They are prompt, reliable, and efficient. I have used other companies for these services in the past and I can say I have never been as satisfied as I am now.

THEY DO A REALLY GOOD JOB. THEY KEEP ALL OF THEIR APPOINTMENTS. THEY ARE VERY SERIOUS ABOUT THEIR WORK. IF YOU SEE ANY BUGS IN BETWEEN APPOINTMENTS, THEY WILL SPRAY YOUR HOUSE FOR FREE.

THEY ARE VERY NICE AND ALWAYS ON TIME. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ALWAYS DO THEIR JOB THE WAY THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO. I DO NOT HAVE ONE BAD THING TO SAY ABOUT THEM. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

EXCELLENT. I CANNOT SAY ANYTHING NEGATIVE ABOUT THE COMPANY. THEY HAVE BEEN GREAT. THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME AND THEY WERE TIDY. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY CONSUMER WHO MAY NEED SIMILAR SERVICES.

THEY SPRAY THE YARD FOR ANTS AND OTHER PESTS. THEY DO A GREAT JOB AND I AM PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY. WE HAVE USED THEM FOR THREE YEARS AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

PETRI'S POSITIVE PEST CONTROL HAVE BEEN DOING SERVICE FOR ME FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND I WILL NOT CHANGE. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH SEEING ANY BUGS.

THEY DO A FINE JOB. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME. IT TAKES THEM A WHILE TO ACTUALLY GET AN APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED. THEY ARE VERY THOROUGH. THEY NEVER MAKE A MESS. WE WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

THEY ARE A RELIABLE AND COURTEOUS COMPANY AND THE SERVICE IS DONE ON TIME. THE HOUSE IS FREE OF ANY INSECTS AND I AM HAPPY WITH THE SERVICES THAT ARE PROVIDED.
