Description of Work: I have annual maintenance agreement with Lindstrom which I renewed for $169 at their previous visit May 12 (Accepted $261 charge for additional services at that time). The Nov 30 visit was a part of the annual maintenance. Technicians and schedulers are competent and friendly and go out of the way to keep customer informed of timing changes. A power glitch in August caused a problem with the air conditioner. I called Lindstrom and a technician talked me through a corrective process over the phone.

Description of Work: I bought an A?C air handler and condenser (2, actually) from these guys. I also bought the extended warrantee. So the twice a year check ups are "free". These guys are very very professional and caring and service oriented. The only reason why they get an A from be is because there is no higher score!

Description of Work: We did our homework and it paid. We got prices from 6 contractors that covered 3 brands and 2 models for each brand, so we had a lot of data to work with in our decision process. David Russo, Lindstrom's salesman, was great to work with and explained in detail this proposal. When we made our decision and moved forward, David went out of his way to accommodate our schedule. The install crew, led by Steve, was on-time and did a very professional job. They took care and left the work space clean. We are glad that we chose Carrier and Lindstrom. The comparative price range for our unit was tight and the references on Angie's list helped us make the decision - the right decision. Job well done. We would recommend Lindstrom to our family and friends.

Description of Work: Our old air conditioner finally died. The heating unit died several years ago. We had several companies out to give an estimate, but we were really impressed by their professionalism. Went with them and haven't had a single regret.

Description of Work: Issue is that unit freezes up and they need to do a service call. Luckily it's under warranty and they are responsive so far. I'd like to know why it's freezing up and staining my entry ceiling. So while it's good service under warranty, I'm not sure about either the unit's quality or the install.

Description of Work: I'm currently in a maintenance agreement with Windstorm. Family away on vacation but when we returned home, temperature in the house was 85 degrees. AC was not working. Immediately contacted Lindstrom and I was immediately scheduled to have a technician come over that evening. Technician came and immediately assessed the problem. Indicated a bad rectifier but needed to be ordered. However he was able to get the AC to work and cool down the house. New rectifier had been ordered so will be coming back on January 7th to replace the bad one. Since I'm in a service maintenance with them, there is no cost for the visit and repair. I'm glad to be a Lindstrom customer.
