Description of Work: general check of HVAC unit, no problems with unit and no problems with service.

Description of Work: I have used Lindstrom for almost 30 years, but will not continue with them. I do not think they provide good service any longer. The last time I called about a problem, I did not think the person taking the call was very nice. I told her that we had a maintenance plan and were due for maintenance soon---in November, so I thought when they came to do the maintenance they could check out the problem, which was a funny noise and continuous running of the pump or pump motor. She told me that the maintenance did not cover that check-up and was totally something different. She was very short with me. A man came out to check the pump motor and said it was working ok. It still makes a bad noise and will not stop running for as long as fifteen minutes. He did not do what she said a maintenance check was. In addition, Lindstrom did not come back in November to perform the maintenance that they acknowledged was due in November. At the beginning of February, however, they sent me a letter asking me to renew the plan for another year. Needless to say, I will not renew. I will find another company.

Description of Work: For the second year in a row I had to remember to call for a bi yearly service that I pay for every year. It seems that they are more interested in getting the money than providing the service that the contract calls for. I have no problem with the technician that came today (James), he's courteous, knowledgeable and very polite and clean. However they do have a tech that is nasty and arrogant and when I schedule I remind them not to send that guy.
