Sales person came on the 04/-5/2012 to inspect my house He checked temp in all rooms and Attic even the garage. He explained that our unit was to small ( 3 ton ) and that our air ducts to small also. Our AC was as old as the house 1995 Our builder was cheap old Rheem unit the AC runs all the time $ 450.. a month to FPL After 2 hours he gave us two quotes one for Carrier and one for Trane unit ( Split unit 5 ton ) Trane was $ 500.00 more but I took that deal They came back the next day !!!!! Electrican first to change the breakers..... Then by noon the first crew came to take the old unit off.. They are very clean !!!!!!!!! They have a lot of Techs By 7 p.m it was almost done the Technican explained the unit to us and the service they will provide . Next week there send a Tech over to see if everything is well.( free filters for the year ) All permits were pulled by Lindstrom They gave us the Credit from FPL and for our old unit The AC works great they were fast and clean Should have done it earlier

Initial estimate was on the money. No attempts at nickel and diming later. Office confirmed all appointments and kept me up to date on status. Techs very informative, thorough, and punctual. Can't really say enough about how satisified I was with the whoe experience.

Showed up on time and performed service as expected. Reasonably priced.

Needless to say, we were very impressed with this sort of customer service, it is head and shoulders above what you generally find these days.

I had plumbing back up problems at both ends of the house. They made an appointment for the same day and came promptly. Mario did a great job assessing and solving the problem. In about an hour and a half he was done and I thought the price was more than fair. I think this is the first plumbing company that I have ever used that I did not feel was overcharging. I was VERY pleased and will use them again for all plumbing issues.

They come the same day to fix the problems. The workers are courteous and knowledgable. They always have great deals! I will use them again.

This was my first experience with this company. I called Around the Clock Plumbing at 8 a.m. and explained I had a leak outside and thought it might be the water pipe from the house to the water meter. They arrived within an hour, dug up the area, found and showed me the leak, and gave me prices for fixing the leak or replacing the whole line. They answered all of my questions. I opted to replace the whole line since it was well over thirty-years-old. They completed the job in a timely and neat manner. The two men were courteous, informative and professional. I will use Around the Clock Plumbing again and feel confident about recommending them. It was a refreshing change to work with a company who showed up, did a good job, and with no drama or last minute surprises. They have a coupon on Angies list that I printed and used, which helped too!!

They were supposed to arrive at 8 am to begin work, but didn't get to the house until 9. Apparently there was some staff meeting that made them run late. Once everyone got to the house, though, they got right to work. It was a big job and took all day (the guys worked from about 9 am to 6 pm), and there were some problems getting the system up and running, but they finally did. The electrician that came out to hook up the new tankless system showed up around 4:30 and worked until about 8:30; he did a great job. (He even mopped the floor in my laundry room when he was done!) Everyone was courteous and they were diligent about keeping the mess to a minmum, and cleaning up after themselves. Two days after the system was installed (on Labor Day, of course) we had some problems with our new system tripping circuit breakers, but they were willing to come out. Somehow the situation resolved itself (we turned the system back on and it hasn't happened since) and the tech didn't need to come out. If it happens again, though, I have no doubt that they will be responsive and will come out to address the issue.

They came early on the day scheduled and left 5-1/2 hours later. They cleaned up, except for a little saw dust outside the garage, and covered their shoes when entering the house. They were a higher in price than the competition, but provide a 10 year parts and labor warranty over and above the manufacturer and put surge protectors on the air handlers and compressors.

I spent $4200 for their service. It was great. They were fantastic. The guys from the team were really cool. They ended up having to do more work than they realized, but they did it. They stuck to the quote even though they technically could have charged me more. Lindstrom Air Conditioning & Plumbing is a well established company here. I got some recommendations from someone else. They do have a maintenance plan, but I didn’t take it up. I got four quotes and they had a better price. They did the job quickly. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

They showed up late, they did not have the fixtures. He had to order them. He took the check for the whole thing. They never came back. I had to call them back. They sent someone out but they never finished the job to begin with.

They did a good job. My husband said the price was fine, and it's the best filter on the market. He was fast and quick. He sold me a good product. I called in the morning, and they were here at 9:00.

They said they were going to be here, and they were. They worked very efficiently. I live in a complex; they replaced about 7 units in our block, and I was just one of them. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

Called on a Friday 04/15/2011, described what needed to be done, received verbal phone estimate of $500, received 10% off because of Angie's List coupon. Work was started as scheduled on 04/18/2011 and completed on 04/19/2011, because an additional 90 degree brass elbow with flanges for fastening to an outside wall was needed to complete the job of moving an outdoor hose bib 2 feet.. The plumbers, Adam and Russell were very courteous, neat, efficient and cleaned up afterwards. Thank you "Around The Clock Plumbing"...you folks were great from start to finish...I will definitely use you again for all my plumbing needs in the future.

They are a large corporation so they hire a lot of people and I don?t feel like everyone there is that knowledgeable/experienced.
