They were one of the most professional companies that I have worked with. They did exactly what they said they would and they did the work when they said they would. They had five or six people involved in the service from the estimate to the installers and two other people came out to check the work and go over it. They were very polite as well.

I called Around the Clock when I came home to find my showers and toilets had all overflowed. I was told the representative would be at my home at 3PM.. He showed up at 2:55 PM. Mario was very professional and courteous, and did a thorough job. I will have no hesitation to use your company again for any of my plumbing problems. Thank you.

I have a contract with them, and I am very pleased with them. They are proactive, because they contacted me as a reminder that I'm opt to a lot of preventive visits. I always forget them, so they remind me. I thought, they are excellent and honest. My air conditioning unit is not brand new, and I asked them, "Is it time to replace?" And they said, "No, you still got some that could be restored."

Rep was punctual for appt. He came to give estimate for a new a/c unit. This company was the third estimate I had called for so I already had an idea on what we needed and pricing. I was very bothered by the fact that this rep and company was trying to upsell everything and making it sound like nothing pre existing can be used again. He also misinformed us on how to put a/c in the small closet we have-- seemed to be not knowledgeable considering I knew more than him on that factor. He also tried to explain our ducts needed to be sealed at like $200 per vent which is insane. I had FPL come for a energy survey that said we had metal ducts which are very solid and aren't the type to need sealing. So lindstrom again giving misinformation and trying so sell stuff we don't need. Also their price quote was DOUBLE competitors pricing for like item. I think it's because the wanted to add in unnecessary stuff. Would not use this company in future. Bad sales practices.

Work performed and estimate was accurate.

I believe the price was reasonable. We called them after hours and they came out when we needed them. They fixed what needed to be fixed very quickly. We were very happy with them.

They did a good job. The problem I had was, when my old air conditioning went out and I needed a new one, they took a little longer than necessary to replace it, because it was in the heat of the summer and I have to get out of the house and I stayed in a hotel for close to $300.00, because I couldn't live here without air conditioning. They took longer than I expected, to come. Once they got in, they fixed it in one day and they did a good job, but I wasn't happy with the waiting. A co-worker of mine recommended them. I have them servicing it twice a year. It's good. They come and do everything that they have to. One time when something went wrong, and I called them up, they came that evening at 9:00 p.m. If they have to come at 9:00 or 10:00 to fix something, they do it.

Service representative arrived on-time for appointment. Added a touch of freon to the unit, checked all parts to see if in working order. Was informative and professional. No complaints from my end. I have been using Lindstrom for over fifteen years. Their technicians, well-trained, smart, and competent, have been helpful in diagnosing problems. Over the last years, however, I have noticed a trend that the technicians seem to be pushing hard to sell various items to me. I have purchased some of them but always wondered if they were really necessary and/or overpriced. I have been warned for more than five years by Lindstrom technicians that my air-conditioner is getting old and I should start to think about replacing it. Meanwhile it keeps chugging along, although perhaps inefficiently. For several years, their technicians were pushing Trane units on me. I recently ran into an outside air-conditioning specialist in my place of business who explained that Lindstrom has a special deal with Trane units and makes huge profits from installing them, as opposed to other brands. I wish Lindstrom (and other companies as well) would cease having their service workers double as salespersons because it sounds very obvious and phony when they do. Perhaps they get a percentage of extra sales. I remember one Lindstrom technician several years back who was honest and advised me to use my current unit as long as it keeps working. If only they were all like him.

Service was fast, courteous and professional.

It went pretty well expect that for the filters that they didn't do the right size screen underneath it. We had a hard time replacing it but then we had them come out and did it.

The good news is that the blockage was caused by baby wipes - easily remedied (DO NOT FLUSH BABY WIPES). The bad news is that the baby wipes were tangled around roots. So half of my problem is fixed. I now know that I have a problem with roots growing in the line, which I will have to care at a later date. i will be contacting Around the Clock again to further investigate and resolve my root problem.

Called them to clear a clog, they quoted me $93.00 to clear the line, camera inspect and give me a 1 year guarantee. Plumber was very punctual and polite. After he pushed the clog to the rear of my home, he told me that I did not qualify for the $93 deal because water was draining from some areas of my home and I needed to have a WHOLE HOUSE CLOG to qualify for the $93 deal!!. He then wanted me to pay over $300 to attack the clog from the roof vent pipe, then pay and additional $150 for the camera inspection and give me no guarantee. So basically, I paid $80.00 for them to make the issue WORSE!!

The service person did the job professionally. Friendly, but not chatty. Cleaned the worksite before leaving.

The work was done as it should have been done .It was just a normal plumbing job . My issues are with both the finshed price and the original quote .The original quoted price was $265 less a quoted $10.00 discount for being an Angies list user making it $255 and not the 10 % discount offered on the coupon I found by their ad on Angies list . I printed that coupon and gave it to the plumber as he asked . Then I take issue after the fact with the price for adding the 2 valves for the washing machine to the original job . $ 150 more . That's about 58 % added to the original quote . They say it is a discount from the flat rate of $250 flat rate they would charge if it were a seperate call to change those 2 valves as I understand their explaination . I didn't take issue with the plumber at the time Preferring to get the job done asap and water service restored to my neighbors . I say it was just an extension of the same original job request , same type work and material adding a few extra minutes and some added material , it was not a seperate call and the flat rate pricing for a seperate call should not have been used at all to price the added work in this case . I feel it should have added no more the $50 or $75 to the original quote max. Not $150 . And so we disagree . The 3 valves are all close in a row within 18 inches no extra work needed to get to them it was just a matter of changing 3 instead of one . When I called the next day to state my concern in a friendly business like way , I had to pause the converstion several times to remind them that I was not angry I was not mad and I wasn't I just felt over charged and disappointed and would say as much in my remarks on Angies list . Later I recieved a follow up call and repeated my concerns adding that I had called other plumbers and got better pricing on a one job one call basis . It was suggested that I could say "anything " after the fact.. I was disappointed in that . All I was asking for was to be heard understood and for a price adjustment down to around $325 total. That is about what the job was worth based on the going rate of $85 per hour ($255 ) for 3 hours plus material . They say they are sending me a small amount back of around $40 or a lttle less .I don't recall exactly now and I really don't care now what they do . I see that as only the amount of discount they should have given me according to the 10 % discount coupon they didn't honor upfront . I am tired of going over this and typing is not my favorite chore . I still feel as though I was over charged and I am disappointed . I did have the 3 valves in mind when I first called . I did mention them . They have done many , many of these valve changes in my Condo development . The plumber said 70 nearby at least They know the age the condition and location of the valves well . Had I been quoted $405 for all 3 valves on my first call I could have and would have gone elsewhere . In my Opinion quoting the lower price is a way of getting the job first and allowing the plumber to upsell on the job if he can . Knowing these units well they should have quoted the price to do all 3 valves due the known age and known condition as well as the price to do just the one upfront . That's my opinion. They have theirs . We disagree completely .

No I'm not related to them.Yes, I got an FP&L rebateYes, they arrived on time and did the work perfectly.Absolutely I got 1 year of free filters.City Inspector who came to close-out the permit said, "we always see quality work from Lindstrom"Should anything happen in the next 1-10 years, I know they will be in business to stand behind their work.Go find an A/C that works 7 days a week and does not charge you extra for weekend work!! I asked them to do an install in Miami at my son's house, but they only work in Broward and PB counties. Too bad, Miami needs honest a/c companies too. I would have paid them travel and additional permitting fees just to take on the Miami job, but they couldn't be bought. GREAT to do business with them.

Our air conditioner had stopped working, and I called Lindstrom. They were extremely responsive, and sent someone out the next day. All of my options were explained to me in detail and I was left with brochures of a few different manufacturers. This was our 2nd quote, and quite honestly, we felt it was more reasonable than the first quote we had received for a lesser product, so we called them to schedule. They were able to schedule almost immediately. They were very professional in every respect. They did an outstanding job, both on the inside of the house and at the compressor on the outside everything looked perfect. We were extremely pleased with the installation. The great service did not stop there. They called to check on the unit, and then scheduled a follow up appointment to come out to the house and check the unit and measure for our filters, which they will provide for 1 year. All in all, we were more than satisfied with the outstanding service they provided, and the professional manner in which they conduct their business.

Lindstrom Air Conditioning and Plumbing come out twice a year. I don't have any complaints about them. They are pretty good.

Terrible, take your money to another A rated Central Air company like Kelly's Air Conditioning.

Very efficient from start to finish

I felt this was very expensive since I was told their service call fee (of $80) would apply. I thought that would have been MORE than enough to cover the toilet labor and materials. I will not call them again.

The work was done professional and the worker - Alex explained the repair of the garbage disposal in detail.

Their estimate was about $2500 higher than everyone else’s. Their excuse was that they had overhead.

It was a prompt, courteous, very positive service and experience.Plumber had great personality and would use again for sure.

The experience was very positive overall. They were incredibly helpful. The plumber, Adam, explained everything that he did before he did it. He was quick, efficient, and he really went above and beyond. We would recommend them!
