They showed up the same day that I called them. They didn't rip me off. I would definitely use them again.

I moved to this location 3 years ago from another state. Since moving here, I have found that majority of residential repair companies are completely dishonest, not Mike V of Lindstrom A/C & plumbing. I signed a contract for my home's 3 air conditioning units with Mike V of Lindstrom A/C & plumbing. I was so impressed with Mike V's opinions regarding the life & current health of all three units, his professionalism, his demeanor towards me and his trust-worthiness that I signed a 1 year preventive maintenance contract for the first time in years, the full price for this was $667.00. Honestly stating his expert opinion on my "Carrier" units being well maintained thus far and one Carrier A/C only requiring a new "Dual Run Capacitor" is a relief to me as I knew where the problem was and did not reveal my knowledge until after he explained his findings. Even though the prices are higher than most A/C companies that I've used previously, honesty, reliability and Mike's demeanor is the deciding factor when I signed a maintenance contract. Usually, the A/C companies recommend unnecessary replacements, creates an issue that suddenly begins during the initial appointment, when in all reality the units just require a simple fix and needs to be cleaned. Mind you, I will only continue to use this company as long as Mike V. is the technician managing and working on the A/C units. I've certainly had to go through, at least, 5 A/C companies since purchasing my new home, which is why I'm writing a review, this company stands apart from the rest of the A/C companies in this area. The reason for A/C visits, why 5 companies were passed, is because of initial home inspections (pre-purchase recommendations) brought companies whom all wanted to do major services in excess of $1000.00s on each A/C unit or replace units. I have also had Technicians treat me as someone too young to understand their words while recommending ridiculous services. Units that only required FREON and/or cleaning had recommendations of replacements and costly services, some, even without me being on-premises during inspection or service call. I finally had a friend whom specializes in items such as A/C systems (as well as much more) investigate and find sub-standard rewiring on certain units by past-A/C companies to ensure I would contact in return when something were to happen. After correcting their dishonest deeds, adding Freon and cleaning fixed everything, including my electrical bill, plus, ensuring the Carrier units perform perfectly, I was advised that these particular units will last decades when properly maintained, he was right. More than a year later, Lindstrom was called for an appt.. Mike V. was dispatched. Lindstrom's Mike V. is the only productive/solution-oriented technician to have an "A/C maintenance contract" signed by me since moving here, over three years ago. Thank you Lindstrom, Thank you Mike V. We certainly need more honest & knowledgeable people like you dispatched to my home for recommendations and repairs.

I don't love these guys. Here's what I think of them, as posted in ripoff report. I had lindstrom come out to do a AC check up for $69.95. The tech told me my capacitor was going bad, and told me it needed to be replaced. Unfortunetly for me, I had not read the other ripoff report about the price gouging. He charged $225 to replace it. It wasn't till afterwards that I found out that the part is only about $20.00. I could see a $225.00 bill if he had come out on a service call to fix the ac. But he already had the unit open for the check up and it took ten minutes to fix. Even if he charged $75.00 for an hour's labor, and $45.00 for a 80 - 100% markup, that would come to $120.00. I could understand that, but not $225.00. It appears this is common practice for this company. I guess they have to pay for those numerous tv adds somehow. But if they keep gouging people like this, and people report it, these adds won't do them much good.

Service excellent and pleasant and I now have a new Plumber to call.

All services performed by provider in a professional manner. We think that Lindstrom's pricing is outrageous. The system that was worked on is only about 3 years old. It is a Trane a/c and heating unit. We paid well over $6,000 for the system when installed. We were told that it was the "top of the line system" of any manufacturer on the market. We never were informed that within three years we would be price gouged again for another $990.00 to bring the "top of the line system" where they told us it should be. Very nice service Tech., arrived for the price gouging event on a timely basis an d as far as we know, the work performed was satisfactory. I put it that way because the upgrade that was installed can not be seen. The unit has to be disassembled in order to check / see it.

My experience went very well. The staff was knowledgeable and professional in their field. Prices were reasonable and competitive in their field. I would use them again.

Lousy. From the installation , had to call the police atr one point, to most recent request for help/info (about 4 1/2 yrs. Unknowledgable/uncaring customer service staff. When I did get the info requested it was completely wrong. Highest prices around. They "sold" me a Trane and only 4 yrs later I have to replace the complete outside unit at a cost of 2,400 dollars. Stay away from these guys and Trane a/c in general. The Trane corp. used to be. "Nothing Runs Like a Trane". Now its a train wreck. Must have sold out to the Chinese.

This was a difficult problem as the water break was below the foundation and there was a continuous flow of water at an alarming rate. The service tech arrived on time and started to search for the break. He could not find it and asked if he could call in a company specializing in leak detection. That company found the leak. The plumbing service tech came back immediately and started work. The work took two days and was quite involved with numerous holes in the wall board through out that area of the house. He then isolated the line cut it off and rerouted and replaced the line. He returned a week later once I had all of the holes repaired and repainted. He then hooked up the water heater again and all is well

It was a very good overall experience with them. They did a great job. We were pleased with it. The price was very competitive. The service was great. They came in and they did it in one day. They got everything done. There were no complaints at all. They showed up on time and they interacted in a professional manner. We have a contract with them. It was excellent. We were very pleased. The price was good and competitive. They gave us all the paper works for several tax rebates. They did it all. It was all professionally done.

Couldn't have gone better. 1 day installation. Tech answered all questions. Clean quick installation. Freed up ducts to one of the bedrooms. About a year later started leaking into kitchen which ended up being pipe sweating and running to one spot. They came back 3 or 4 times and ended up cutting out and replacing piece of pipe and leak gone. No charge and always courteous and professional. No playing with price and in fact applied for all rebates/etc. with FPL, Trane, etc.

went well, technician was friendly. I called for 2 toilets and a bathtub leak, he showed me how to fix toilet issues without having to charge me, gave them a full diagnostic to make sure the toilets were not leaking. Tested bathtub and saw leak was coming from drain pipe into the downstairs linen closet, cut open wall and saw the pipe was disconnected. Repaired pipe, put sealing coating on pipe and adjusted original quoted price of $511 to $350 due to not having to replace any new parts and not having to service the toilets. The company does not repair walls, so prepare to do that yourself. The appointment window was 10-12, he arrived at 11 am and departed at 1:30 pm. dry wall cut was clean and easy to repair. Would recommend This company to anyone. Their pricing is fair and their techs are knowledgeable. And, they give free estimates!!! And, are prepared to work same day as estimate. I researched reviews and called companies for a few days before I made my choice. Glad I chose Plumbing around the Clock.

They came out three different times, with three different technicians and I received three different answers.

I needed a quote for a new AC. I contacted Lindstrom because I received an advertisement telling me they could provide me a discount for energy efficient units. The rep came over to the house and gave me a quote for a new unit, but turned out that I could not get the discounts he advertised because I only had room in my home for a smaller unit. He also tried to upsell me a duct sealing job, which added about $1K to the installation. All together his unit was about $6K, way more expensive than other quotes I have received. They have good reputation, and have been in business for a long time, but they are extremely expensive.

Horrible. Had appointment for 9-11 am. No call or plumber by 1230. I called and waited on hold for 30 minutes, Got disconnected. and remember calls answered in the order they are rcvd. Called again waited addition 20 minutes. Then asked Whats the deal? At this point 2 1/2 hour late and still no plumber or call to say they will be late. Finally got a hold of plumber saying on the way be there shortly. Another hour and fifteen minutes pass. I get a call expecting this to be the Estimate for work to be done. No, it was the plumber still lost gave directions again and reiterated to call me with estimate prior to work done and not to talk prices with my tenant. Finally 2 hours after that giving up on the plumber I called my tenant to find out if anyone came. They came and fixed the problem. No estimate. No phone call. Summing up:: 1. Finally showed up 4.5 hours late. 2. No phone call to say I will be very late. 3. Never got estimate. 4. Never got a breakdown of work done. 5. Did not even get a bill. How funny. PS> I hope you aren't planning to charge too much, or your out of luck. What is the Estimate? Oh that's right I never got one. I see A ratings. Not for me. Wow. Will never call them again.

They were very good. It wasn't cheap. They came right away and had all the parts. We didn't have to wait for anything. They are reliable and come on time. They are really good. Their prices are probably average. They had a $45 service call right off the bat plus parts and labor.

Everyone exceeded my expectations, including the office personnel, phone, schedulers, technician. They did what they said, when they said they would, for the amount they quoted. Job was completed efficiently and on time with no problems.

The technician arrived between 8&9 a.m. To diagnose the problem he left at 10:30 a.m. He did not have the part on the truck said he would be back between 1&3 p.m. 3 p.m. not back ...4 p.m. 5 p.m. I call the co. they say they're sending another techn. for my issue . He arrives past 5 p.m. Was very much in a rush . my new part was over $550. to go into a dirty area..." for $172 would you like me to clean this for you ? " He had to put a brand new motor inside this dirty area . I told him I have to ask my husband first he says" are you kidding me ? you don't have to ask anybody for that.anybody can see how dirty it is." This comment upset me. I asked why he would put a brand new motor into a filthy area. Im thinking to install a brand new motor would require to clean the area where it's going. but he was rushing and he had attitude when he told me that he was putting the motor in in 30 seconds I needed to answer him what I wanted to do.Horrible cust.service! Iwas forced to pay$172.more.

My experience was simply outstanding. I called at 8:00AM. I was told that they would call me back in 10 minutes to let me know when a plumber could be at my house. I received a call in less than 10 minutes to tell me that they can have a plumber at my house in less than half an hour. He showed up as they said and was very professional and he gave me an estimate. My first reaction was that it seemed rather high, but after having seem what needed to be done, I am satisfied that it was a fair price. By the way, they gave me a discount for being an Angie's List customer. The work was done very well. The bibb and valve was located in a very difficullt spot hidden behind a hedge. The plumber was able to do his work without removing the shrubs which I thought for sure would have to replaced when the work was complete. He left the area totally clean of any debris from his work. I was totally satisfied and they would certainly be the first for me to call when I need plumbing work in the future.

Was on time, fixed it and did not overcharge.

We have a service contract with them to come out and look at the A/C. The service contract is about $150. I like them. I haven't been disappointed yet. They give me a time and they come.

Their service is really good, and reliable. They are very knowledgeable. They are nice people, and pleasant to deal with.

I called them last minute to have them unclogg my toilet. Even thoug i called very last minute, they still gave me very fair pricing

When called, I got a dispatch service that called someone else to reply. Guy tried to diagnose based on my amateur description then quoted a ridiculous price stating because it was Saturday he charges overtime. What a rip! If you advertise 24/7 hours, then why would Saturday at noon be overtime? I work on weekends and don't get to make more because it is not Monday through Friday! Avoid!

I have a contract with them for the unit they installed and they come twice a year. You don't have to call them. If you don't call to schedule, they call you and inform you. They're very good. All the personnel I have dealt with are polite, respectful, prompt. They do a good job on maintenance.
