Their price was in line-- they wasted no time in taking out the old unit,etc. and replacing with what I asked for-- they did a complete job--they cleaned-up after themselves. I took the service contract and have been satisfied with everything they have done. I have recommeded their services to my neighbors.

it happens 2 times a year and it is always competently done by qualified technicians. Thery are always able to answer all questions. They also recently provided plumbing service to unclog a bathroom drain...Again done competently and for a reasonable fee.

They were prompt, clean and did an efficient job of repairing/looking at 3 toilets. There was ultimately a problem with the toilet that had preventive work and they returned later to repair it that saying is could be a defective part.

THEY FIXED THE RUNNING TOILET, BUT THEY WERE NOT THE BEST IN DIAGNOSING AND REPAIRING MITSUBISHI DUCTLESS UNITS- I'M SURE IF IT WAS A STANDARD OLD AC SYSTEM THE TECH WOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO DO A BETTER JOB, BUT THE MITSUBISHI SYSTEM IS VERY HI-TECH AND NEED SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE. I WILL SAY "HE TRIED!".... BUT NO CIGAR.... ...FOR PLUMBING REPAIRS, THEY WERE VERY GOOD.

They always arrive as schedules, and perform maintenance. They usually have suggestions for us to follow up on should we choose. They are courteous, keep things clean, and educate us on how to prolong the life of the unit.

Overall they did a good job at reasonable cost a rhree step process of diagnosing possible problems. After this process they began to clear the lines. They were able to do this successfully with the more expensive prospect of digging under the house and replacing the pipes. The reason for the "B" rating is that they sold me a maintenance policy which they failed to follow up on as I understood their policy to do an overall inspection of all plumbing

I called because the central a/c unit was leaking. I was prepared for the worst! Roger, the technician, was running a little late but I was called an updated on the time status. Roger was very professional. He looked the unit over and explained in detail what the problem was. The main problem was that the filter needed to be changed. The dirty filter caused the hoses to be clogged causing the leak. Roger cleaned each component and explained what he was doing and why. He made the suggestion that the filter was very poor quality and that I should invest in better quality. Although he mentioned Lindstrom's product he did not pressure me to buy theirs. He advised then that I should go to a Home Depot to buy better filters. He showed me how to change the filter and suggested that because the quality was so poor I should change my filter every month. He also suggested that when I had the money I should think about getting a UV filter added. He even vacuumed the a/c closet to get as much dust cleaned as possible. I just moved here from NY and never had a central a/c unit. I had no idea of what maintenance I was to have done. If he had been unscrupulous Roger could have told me that I needed all sorts of expensive items and I would have believed him. The cost was only $189. The actual job was cheaper but I added a one-year maintenance agreement which includes another checkup in 6 months and discounts on products. Lindstrom gets a superior rating from me!

I have lived in this house for many years. The plumber came in and he kept saying how old my house and the fixtures were. My house is about 40 years old, but he kept saying over and over again how old everything was. He had to tap out some tile and pull out the drain to get an accurate estimate. I understand that this was necessary, but he did not clean up any of his mess. I felt that it was very unprofessional to leave my house in that state. I called the owner of the company to address this issue, and he told me that if he sent someone to clean up the mess it would be a service call. He was not willing to accept responsibility for his employee, and did not seem interested in making sure that I was satisfied.

As usual, went great. Tech diagnosed the issue we were having and advised how to resolve it cost effectively. He also looked at our existing units inside and out and advised how to ensure they are properly maintained for years to come. He was on time, trustworthy, reliable. We have used Lindstrom for many years and will continue to do so.

I have had a TRANE for 9 years here in South Florida, purchased from LINDSTROM AIR. LINDSTROM Air service tech informed me that TRANE "manufactures units to only last 10 years so that people will continue to purchase every 10 years otherwise they would not be able to stay in business". I have had several repairs and replacements (of parts) done over the past 7 years fans and motors and condenser and capacitors, etc, thankfully under warranty however having to spend several days in a hotel (repeatedly) because parts were not readily available (repeatedly). July 2014- I was promised a visit from a TRANE representative. I took off from work to meet the representative. I got to see a LINDSTRON service tech, no rep from Trane. It looks like I will have to replace my system within the next year, and it does NOT seem prudent to continue with TRANE or their dealers (LINDSTROM) with which they have no direct input.

We could not be happier with the service thus far. They installed a sink, garbage disposal and two toilets in two separate visits. They arrived on time, and on rather short notice, which was great,

Provider called on 7/7/14 & said they would be at our home at 3:30 pm. We left work to meet the technician. At 4:20 pm, we were again called & informed that the "part was forgotten at the warehouse" and the technician was having someone meet him in West Palm Beach with the part. At 5:30, we called the provider who advised that the technician was probably in traffic. At 6 pm, we called the provider who advised us that the technician was leaving Wellington and driving to Delray to get the part, and would then drive back to our home in West Palm Beach to install the part. We asked for an estimated time of arrival, but were told that was not possible. The dispatchers know where the technicians are so someone was not being honest. At 7:15 pm, still no call. There were many inconsistencies in their explanations and we feel that they were dishonest and misrepresented themselves. They were not even apologetic. In addition, we researched the cost of the fan blade Lindstrom said we needed. Lindstrom's price was $316 -- Average cost per online research was between $50 & $70. Approx. time of labor was estimated to be 5 to 10 minutes. The mark-up is approx. 300!!!!! By far, one of the worst experiences with any service provider we have ever had. We cannot, in good conscience, recommend this company to anyone in need of A/C repair.

All of our experiences have been good. I do believe they are more expensive, especially for big jobs like compressor replacement. However, I also believe you get what you pay for. Every aspect of their work to date has been high quality. They are always courteous and timely, which is very much appreciated. The 1 time we did have a problem with a short in the AC unit, likely due to a nearby lightning strike they came out and honored the service agreement and replaced and fixed the problem immediately. So if you don't mind paying a bit more for peace of mind, I recommend Lindstrom.

Two men showed up on the committed day dressed very neatly. They put on booties before coming into the house. They were very polite and explained exactly what they were going to do. They then asked if we had any questions. Then they proceeded to remove the old system and installed the new one. During the process, they built a new platform for the new inside unit to sit on and trimmed the bushes around the outside unit to give it more space. They installed a new programmable thermostat and showed us how to use it. When they were done testing the new unit, two other employees , both supervisors, showed up and checked the installation to make sure we were totally satisfied.

Not good - required a $74 non-refundable fee / non-creditable fee (would NOT even apply towards any work performed) just to come out to do a quote. We cancelled after learning that another reputable Angie's List HVAC contractor would come out at no charge and offer us a 15% AL member discount.

They were on time and did everything they said they would. They were honest and showed us what they did.

So, the Lindstrom plumber left as soon as he saw the guys who worked for Palm Beach County come to see about the leak. Palm Beach County told me they would come out the next day to fix their leak. I then called Lindstrom Plumbing to have them send out another plumber and they said that Gerald was the only one on call and the field manager was not there. I begged the office person at Lindstrom to have the field manager call me that night, but it was not to be, so I called another company, which is a very good company and they came out within the hour. After checking my house with the water off and everything, he told me that there was a leak on the cold water supply line under the house. So, the next day the field manager called and asked me what the problem was and said he only got the message. So the office girl lied to me when she said she would immediately give him the message the previous night. I laced into this field manager and told him what happened, that I wanted my money back for the services performed or not performed. He had the general manager call me immediately and he had the balls to ask for another chance. I told him NO and asked for my $265 back otherwise there would be a hugh problem. He apologized, but for me it was too late and said he would refund all my money after I told him that I had to call another plumber at $80 plus just to come out as I was frantic. The general manager gave me his word that he would give me my money back... I will never ever use this service again.

I was given a 5pm appointment " or earlier". I received a call at 5:01pm saying technician was on his way. I called at 5 42pm and was told I'd get a call back in " just a minute ". No call back and same thing the subsequent 2 tries. It's now 8:34pm and still a no show. This exact thing happened a year ago. It sucks. Never make a 5pm appointment.mThe Techs just go home. But during the day the techs are very polite.
