It was excellent. I used them twice and both jobs were absolutely excellent. They were excellent. They are very good and very professional. They were on time.

I had a great experience with them. They are a great company and I couldn't speak more highly of them. Everything they did was top notch. It wasn't a cheap job. They ate the cost on the wall. They were a really good company.

The price ranged from $4,000 to $8,000 depending on what I was looking for. They had great customer service. The price was a little high.

Great service and wonderful courteous employees. Any repair or seasonal check up is alway done promptly with no mess.

I will give them a good grade. There was anything that in particular that stood out. I used them just because I know that they have been around for a while. I was actually going to use them or the other company which is pretty big. I could get Lindstrom there sooner so I used them. I signed a contract with them to come out a couple of times and they did not come out but in all honesty, it was more of my fault than theirs because my wife passed away at the same time that they were supposed to come out and I kept putting them off and I did not explain it to them. So eventually, they stopped calling. And I have not called them back yet because they owe me a service. The price is competitive.

Jeff did a great job. Installed and checked the entire system. All working fine now.

They wanted to charge for parts I didn't need according to Kohler! Then argued with me. So I called Gary The Plumber from Angie's List and have used them twice since then. He is great. Would never use Lindstrom again.

I needed work provided at my Mother's condo in Delray Beach, FL. EVERYONE at Lindstrom has been GREAT...every time I have spoken with them!!! Each person at Lindstrom, from the 1st person who answers the phone, to the estimating people, the schedulers, the electricians and plumbers, the installers, and the owner...each and every one has been pleasant, professional, helpful. The company calls when they say they will call, the workmen show up when they say they will show up. Both experiences I had with this company were excellent. Situations that could have been a big pain, Lindstrom took care of quickly, efficiently & pleasantly. I would call on Lindstrom again if the need arises and I would recommend them to others!!!!

The employees are all very nice and knowledgeable. The salesperson came to our house and advised us of our options (prices, rebates, etc). They installed on a Sat.,no extra charge. There was a hitch when the air handler wouldn't fit in the closet , but the manager was called and a different air handler was promptly delivered. We are very happy with this Trane air conditioner. We feel it was a very good price as well. Every 6 months, a tech will come out to check the a/c. Each has been very nice and they don't leave a mess.

The service is always A+......... They come on time and are extremely honest!

Great. Good deal, great financing and the installation was relatively quick and professional.

Arrived on time, diagnoised the problem, discussed my options, gave me prices in advance. What more could you ask . Did not make a mess, cleaned up after themselves, whole process, maybe one hour start to finish. Very very pleased.

We called on a weekend, and the tech came out quickly. He was professional and diagnosed the problem right away. He gave us the option of a service contract which we took, as it saved us money. We were pleased with this service.

I've used Lindstrom a few times to service my AC. Appointments are easy to schedule, technicians are very professional and they do a great job. Their rates are better than most of the other local companies. They also replaced my thermostat when it broke, Their price was half the price of the company who originally installed my AC and the tech took the time to explain the new thermostat and all of its functions. Highly recommend and I will use them again.

tech tried to snake line but could not clear it. said this was best he could do and charged me app $400 dollars for the effort.i will never let this company on my property again.be fore warn about linstrom as they took me

Leaky toilet. Okay, fine I replaced the flapper. Ummm... No not it. Adjusted floater assembly... Nope. Read what MIGHT be wrong... Agh! Time to call Lindstrom. One quick call and six minutes later, all fixed. Charged for a call only... Happy happy!

They accurately diagnosed my problem and charged me $95 dollars. I had the sales gentleman come to my small home in Hollywood, FL only 1047 square feet 2/1 . I was offered the least expensive all in one packaged unit from Carrier for $6,000. I went with SubCool Air had a 2 ton All in One Rheem put in with disposal of the other A/C and done by the owner all by himself (Tom Gee) for $3,500.

Very expensive ... big company, seemed capable, but substantially more expensive than the 2 others i compared with. I chose "NO SWEAT" AC . Very satisfied

I found them to be very professional during this first visit. I usually dont give any recommendations until after I have been using a company for some time, but on the surface they seem to be someone I will continue using for now.

They were very professional and did all the work in a timely manner. They did all the paperwork including getting the required permits. We also have a maintenance contract with them and they come out on schedule and do the proper maintenance. We have no problems whatsoever with their service. They are prompt in returning phone calls and arrive on schedule.
