Very good and reliable. We have a yearly contract with them for spring and fall service. They come on time and respect your property. They put shoes protectors on when they come inside your home. They are very thorough and we have had a wonderful experience with them. Another time I had a leak and called them and they came out the same day.

They are on time and confirm appointments. The guys that came out were very courteous, kind and clean. Quality of work was very good.

They are a good company. They came out and checked my air conditioning system. They come out once a year to do this unless you need extra service. There was one time they didn't come but apologized as it was a mix up in the computer. They did take care of issue and came out.

They came when they said they would and took care of the plumbing issue. The person was very pleasant. The cost was fine. I did have a question for some other work but they never got back with me for it. I had called them and they didn't know what I was talking about so I believe the gentleman forgot to pass along my question.

It was a good experience. They were certified by the brand that we were looking for. They followed up with us and made sure that the installation was absolutely correct at every point. They followed up with the inspection to make sure that it was installed properly. They made sure it was installed according to city permits that were required.

I use them once a year to check my air conditioning system. They are very good and nice. They have to go up on roof to service the unit as I live in a condo. When I set the appointment they come on time.

Was satisfied with the sales associate but dissatisfied with customer service. Customer service very short and has no compassion was like this is what it is if you don't like it move on. It is running now after the third service call.

Very good, positive experience. I was impressed with the first round but I was more impressed this time when it didn't cost anything since it was under contract. We had some rough weather and have an inspection every 6 months. They gave me some good advice for future use. When we discussed the contract he explained to me what would be best and left it up to me to decide no hard sell. They was here when they said they would be. I had been using a different company prior and switched to Lindstrom.

Excellent service. They had to check the air conditioner because it stopped cooling. We had bought the units from them. They call if they are going to be late to let you know when they will get there.

They came out and was here for about one hour and completed the service. They call and let you know they are on the way.

We have used them for the past 3 years. They have been great. They do 2 checks per year for free with the contract. They make sure everything is good and changed the filters. This time they found a connector that starts the unit that was broken and replaced it.

They came promptly to install the units. They call us in advance to come out and do service on units. It been a very good overall experience with them.

They are fantastic. Cost was very reasonable. When you make an appointment they send you an email confirmation along with a photo of the technician that is coming to your door.

I used them once and will never use again. I had bought a service contract with them. The following year my air conditioner didn't work and I called them. I had found out they didn't put a filter in before. I had to call another company out and had to replace my unit. The unit was not that old. They had called and said it was time for my service. I told them I had bought a new unit from someone else. The service tech was on time. The people in office were very nice. Just the mistake of not replacing the filter was the issue.

They had came out and worked on our air conditioner a couple of times. It turned out that we would need to replace the unit. Freon was leaking from old unit. They had to come and change the fuse box due to the electric company newer codes. The service the first guy wasn't that good. He didn't give us the full stats. We had to call again and they sent someone else out.

The experience was good. It took 2 or 3 days to do the work. They were very responsive.

They showed up on time and did very good work. They cleaned up after themselves and explained what they were doing. I would recommend them to anyone. I have a maintenance contract with them on my air conditioner.

We love them. We've had absolutely no problems with them. We had them before we installed our air conditioner and they installed a new air conditioner about 3 years ago. They do a wonderful job. I pay for 2 inspections a year. We've never had a problem with them and even when we did, they corrected it right away. I use them for the inspections because they installed the air conditioner. They are very clean and they clean up very nicely. They put their little booties on. I recommend them all the time. I've been with them for 3 or 4 years and I will absolutely continue using them.

It was fine but I think it was expensive. They are very professional.

It was not good at all. They were at my house today and I fired them. They didn't charge me. They sent the exact repairman that I told them not to send because I didn't like him the last time he was in my house. Basically before he even walked out to view my air conditioner, he told me that usually $300 to $400 worth of parts have to be replaced and he didn't even look at it.

They are the finest company in the country. I've used them for 20 years. Their service, reliability and trustworthiness stand out.

Overall they are fine. They are probably one of the bigger outfits that we can call. There are two other that can compete at that level. They usually come out for a visit and sell you into a maintenance program. It is a package where they come out so many times a year. It is usually 2 or 3, maybe 4 maximum a year. They check the freon and make sure the pipes are working. Some of them change filters and some of them replace them; it depends on what we ask for. I am always kind of skeptical because I feel like they train their technicians that come out to add services on top of it so I'm always kind of on the defensive because there is always something they are going to add on top of it and I sort of expect it. They are a pretty good company except for trying to sell me something. I have my own person now to do this work.

The experience is very good. I have them on a yearly retainer so there is no charge when they come out. I am satisfied.
