They are good at what they do, but their sales people are sly, so you really know need to know what you are doing. If you know what you are doing, it is okay, you can wait through the nonsense. The folks that come out and do the work are good, but they are expensive. They are very expensive. I would more than likely use them again, because they are good at what they do. I wish they were more honest. There is nothing wrong with charging a fee for your work, and they are not real forthcoming. They are very very expensive.

I got 4 bids and they were just about the highest. They were very nice but they were way out of line with their price. They showed up within the time they said they would be there.

The work is fine as far as I can tell. They just did the work last night. They worked long and hard in the heat in the attic. I think they did a good job. I was happy with them. They were friendly. They moved the air handler closer to the steps in the attic so anybody having to work on it in the future wouldn't have so far and be so much in danger of falling through the slats in the joists. That was a good decision on their part. The air conditioning seems to be working fine. They did a good job. I didn't ask anybody else; I just asked them so I don't know about the price. People have said it was a good price. They offered a lot in terms that they switched out the thermostat and they are going to give me a year's supply of filters. They did force me into buying two components. They said it was absolutely necessary and they couldn't pull a permit without replacing both. One of them wasn't broken so I wasn't so sure about that part of it. They seemed very convicted that I needed both changed so I will give them the benefit of the doubt. They came out quickly and resolved the problem quickly. They were coming between 8-9 but they were closer to 9 but they did hit the time frame. They were very professional. They did a great job and were very nice about the whole thing.

They are good. I have a contract with them. I've been using them for a while. People in the neighborhood use them and they have a good reputation. They are great.

I use them all the time and have four units. Maintenance is $65. Their last service was okay.

They are very good, they showed up on time, they called me before they arrived at the house, so that I was there to meet them, and they got done very quickly. The completed the work timely so that I could get back to work. The work turned out fine. They had just come for a 6 month check up of the AC system. They were very professional, both the people taking the calls, and the technicians doing the work. Their prices are comparable with other providers.

It was good. We have a contract with them and they are supposed to maintain the air conditioner They recommended that we put in some sort of an ultra light system for keeping the coils cleaned. It was something that I never heard of before and it was $700. I thought that was probably some kind of a scam but I don't know that.
