They came out quickly. The guy got up on the roof to snake the drain. He cleared it out within 15 minutes. They had a coupon in the paper which is why I called them, but the coupon wasn't actually applicable to the job I had. Overall, they were good though.

He was very pleasant and considerate. However, they were priced to high.

They don't return phone calls any longer. When they saw that it wasn't working well, that there were problems, they just stopped returning phone calls.

I can honestly say that this company did a very good job all around. From easy access for scheduling an estimate on the web, to immediate return of phone calls, to being professional on their free estimate, to being similar price or better than some smaller companies on the price, to being on-time and very professional on the install, to providing a great 1 year warranty on parts and labor if you keep the $200 year service contract, and the 1 year, 0% interest payment plan. They were VERY thorough. They not only gave us the correct HVAC in the attic, but they installed a nice new condenser outside. What really impressed me was the fact that they also installed new everything else that went with the unit. For instance we got a new drain pan in the attic, new thermostat for the house, new wires, new foam for the access to the house, new electrical outlet which they had to move to a new spot to be up to code. After seeing all the TV commercials, I was very hesitant to call them, but, I am so glad I did. All of the workers that stopped by were all friendly, professional, and spoke perfect english. If you use them, I hope that you have the same experience that I did. It was all around a great experience.

They are excellent. They also service my heating and air conditioning and I have a maintenance agreement with them. I had no issues with them.

They are good. I pay a yearly fee of about $169 for a maintenance package. I don't think you can get them for maintenance unless you have bought the package. They give me a discount if something is broken

They were at my home for 3 visits to correct an AC problem, changed a part, and devised a plan. Their construction manager won't return my calls (3) which makes no sense. They won't even tell me what the problem is. 100% customer service pledge, I don't think so. Why would you want to do business with a company like this??? Don't waste your time

The original experience was poor; however, when i contacted the Manager of the Plumbing Department recently and informed him of my bad experience, he did make sure I am a satisfied customer. He reimbursed me for the amount overcharged, originally. He also reimbursed me for the wall repair for the damage done to the wall. He is currently in the process of getting me the approved permit for the work done back in May. This is an update to my prior review as an unsatisfied customer. I recommended Lindstrom repair to my mom as they installed her new system 6 years ago. the system stopped blowing cool air. their repair people tried to take advantage of her, or they were just plain inept at their job. following is the letter she wrote to Linstrom detailing what they did. I am sorry to say that this is the second time that inaccurate diagnostics have been performed by your company. I am a 70 year old widow and am extremely unhappy about being treated unfairly which I feel was based on my age and lack of knowledge. Let me preface my following statements to advise you that all of the following were witnessed by my daughter-in-law and my adult (22 year old) grandson. On Thursday, July 17, 2014 I was experiencing warm air coming from my air ducts on the west side of my home. Since I have a maintenance contract with Lindstrom, I naturally called your company. Mr. J. Klimas arrived promptly at my home. Within 10 minutes, he diagnosed that my problem was a compressor that was ?shot?. I questioned this as my unit (purchased from and installed by Lindstrom) was only 6 years old. He said that the pump itself sometimes goes bad ? that the new compressor would be covered under Trane?s warranty, but the charge to me by Lindstrom would be $687 ? in addition to the $125 ?diagnostic charge?. I told him that $687 seemed like a lot for the labor. Mr. Klimas then disclosed that they would have to drain the Freon from the compressor (and apparently throw it away). My 4 ton unit would require 10 pounds of new Freon which would cost me $50 per pound ? the remainder of $187 would be for Lindstrom?s labor. My daughter-in-law (who lives with me) has medical problems and Mr. Klimas assured me that my system repair would be completed by either Friday (July 18) or at the latest, Saturday (July 19). As nothing happened on Friday, I phoned your office on Saturday and was told that the new required compressor wasn?t in stock and they had now postponed the installation until Monday, July 21. As luck would have it, a friend of mine from out of state came to visit. This friend is a licensed electrician and is quite knowledgeable about A/C systems. Since we were very worried about the now-extended repair time, he said he would take a look and see if he could help. His first indication of improper diagnostics was that right on the unit, there is a label that indicates that the ?maximum? amount of Freon is 6 pounds for my unit. Mr. Klimas should have known this and not told me that $500 of my bill would be for 10 pounds of new Freon. My friend also mentioned that reliable A/C companies drain the Freon and capture it as they are not allowed to just ?let it go? and they should have been able to use the same Freon in the ?new? compressor. Further investigation showed that there was no problem at all with the compressor ? it was in excellent condition (which it should be after only 6 years). Ultimately, my only problem was with a pressure switch that needed to be reset. Once this was done, my A/C unit immediately began pushing out the nice cool air expected. As I write this, it is still working perfectly. I then phoned to cancel the compressor replacement appointment. I then asked to be connected to the billing department ? I was told that someone would answer the phone at that time. Well, of course, no one was there to take the call, but I did leave a message for Jennifer explaining the situation, requesting a refund of my $125 Diagnostic Fee that was obviously an incorrect diagnostic. Jennifer as of this writing has not even bothered to return my call. As I stated at the beginning of this letter, back in March I had called with a problem with the A/C unit on the east side of my home. Water was leaking from the air handler onto the closet floor. Your man came and determined that the ?pan had a crack in it and that my unit would have to be replaced?. Again I had a friend stop by ? he took a look at the unit. After a brief investigation, he cleared out the clogged drain line (which your man told me was fine and not clogged). I have not had water leaking from that unit since. Since this is the second time your company has improperly diagnosed my problems, I ask you if you are sending out unqualified technicians or are your people purposely giving incorrect diagnoses in order to take advantage of elderly and unknowledgeable customers?

They were on time, professional, explained what the problem was, & fixed it. This service was done last year & I signed a maintenance contract. They returned January 2015 as part of the contract I have contacted Lindstrom recently because the air conditioning overflow drain is dripping again. The appointment is for tomorrow, 8/6

Provider arrived on time and when he turned on the air condition it was working properly. So there was no need for service. He did not charge me.

I ended up having to call another company who came out and fixed the unit. This new company asked why Lindstrom did not put a pan under the unit on our 2nd floor in case there was an overflow ? I was stunned to find that they had placed a pan under our unit on the first floor but not on the second. These units were installed one year apart so we had different servicemen and again, different results. This new company said it would be a big effort to come in and lift up the unit in order to put a pan under it, so I said I would consider it. Fast forward 18 months and our ac unit on the 2nd floor overflowed and ruined the ceiling in our garage and laundry room since there was no pan. This is all due to poor quality product (Rheem) and even poorer quality technicians. I would not deal with Lindstrom ever again.

They were excellent. The service was very inexpensive, but I don't remember the exact cost. I am going to use them again. The price was very good; I remember my husband saying it was well worth it. The technician was very knowledgeable and I was pleased all the way around.

I use them exclusively, pretty much. I really love them. I have been using them for 5 years. They're very professional. They're not the least expensive but they're all licensed and insured. That made me feel good. They're very good at servicing. They give me a low-cost maintenance contract to come and do maintenance every 6 months on my air conditioning unit. They check it out and make sure it works fine. I'm really happy with their service. I trust their pricing. Sometimes, they give me a little bit of a discount because I'm a valued customer. They even wear little booties if they come into the house. They really are professional. They made sure to leave everything clean.

I later called them to replace my air conditioner which was very old, but went with another company which had better commercial conditions. The service they provided was okay. They came and fixed the air conditioner. The price was not inexpensive, but I needed them because it was not working, and they were the only company that I got a recommendation for. Their price was not that fair, I think they charged me too much. I found that out later when I did my research.

It was very good. It was a service call and it was a part of our contract with our air conditioning so it was free.

I didn't go with them because it was too much money. I don't know them well but I think they're a good company. I see their truck all the time in our area so they must be okay.

We had a great deal of trouble with them. Their consultant spent a lot of time with us before recommending a unit; it was about 2 hours. He actually measured all the windows to see what size we needed. The unit was wired incorrectly and didn't work correctly for about 2 weeks. They sent a technician and a supervisor out and they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. They finally figured out that it was wired incorrectly and that was why the unit wasn't working. They were able to resolve it but we felt a large company like that should have been able to install it correctly. The drain from the unit was clogged repeatedly and they had to come out 3 times within a period of a year. Finally at the end they sent a supervisor who spent about 3 hours working on it and finally figured out the issue. We were without A/C on 3 separate occasions during the first year which was frustrating.

I love Lindstrom. I've used them for years. Lindstrom is great. I love them. They're very responsive. They're decently priced. They're very professional. Whenever we had a problem, we would call them and they would come out within a day. They've had multiple visits over the year.

They're very good. They're always on time and very clean. They're very helpful in answering questions. I'm very satisfied with their service. They are a little expensive but it's worth paying for.

They did a perfect job. They were super easy to talk to on the phone, they said they would be there the next day, and they came, the guy came in, he did it, no mess, no fuss, walked out and it was perfect. The interactions with them was perfect. Everything is still working as it should have, which is nice.

The service worked out very well. I was very impressed with them. They were very courteous, they were here on time, and the price was definitely right. I have had them twice, and in both cases, they have done extra work, and there was not charge. I was very impressed.

She liked the fact that they showed up when they said they were going to, and they did what they said they would do. She didn't feel that they tried to gauge her. The toilet they put is a nice toilet, and she is very happy with them.

We have purchased a contract with them, so the cost was reduced. The service was good, they resolved the issue. They came out on time, they were pretty diligent about identifying what happened, and they made sure it was fixed before they left.
