No body responded the call center since 3 pm. now its 7:30 pm. It seems this company does not have quality process nor supervision.

I've had them for 20 years. They are very well known. I think they are nationwide. I say the price is fine. Everyone thinks they are overpriced. A lot of people don't have them because they are high in price, but I would rather have quality. I think the price is high. When they come out for maintenance they are fine because there is never anything wrong. When they installed a new A/C a couple of years ago they did a misquote on a permit thing. During the course of it they had to stop. The permit guy came and I got hit with an extra cost to have it raised because of a flood zone. It isn't just them it happens in a lot of different. This goes back a couple of years ago. I started seeing condensation leaks in the ceiling. They had never jacked up the tubes that run through. The condensation was wetting my ceilings and I had to call them back and have them hank them up with straps.

Never met anyone from this company !!!!!

Really bad news this week, Dad had a stroke omg...then air conditioner breaks. Super Hot in South Florida! Called Lindstrom A/C. They were out in 30 minutes unbelievable! The technician was Robert DiRusso super nice guy unbelievable told him dad had a stroke. He couldn't of been any nicer said I will do whatever it takes to get your AC back you need something to lift your spirits. He made some phone calls got the part they're on their way I couldn't be any more shocked in South Florida you know what I mean! This guy is a keeper! Lindstrom lucky to have him thank you Lindstrom for saving the day. Richard...God bless

I made an appointment for a new hot water heater estimate a week in advance by using their online system. I received an email confirming they received my request. No one showed up. If the online appointment system is not going to work then don't offer it as an option. A disappointing experience from a company that seemingly has good ratings.

Same person as before. He is always sure he provides me with information and answers my questions.

Service was quick and professional with minor issues corrected

They were on time for our appointment. He had a nice personality and was very helpful even though I didn't go with this company. He was very knowledgeable and gave me really good tips and advice about my water heater and what company I should go with. He represented his company responsibly.

The two gentlemen who did the service on the AC units explained what they were going to do, showed me where the issue was on the first unit and were sure to cover their shoes when going inside the house for the second unit.

The technician arrived on April 10th during the scheduled appointment window but first made a call to us that he was on the way and needed our address (the office misspelled our address so his GPS could not find us). He performed the annual servicing of the A/C unit and when he reached the outside unit he showed me a capacitor that was so burned that the connecting wire was disconnected (I witnessed the discovery). The capacitor was replaced.The replacement part and labor to install it was pricey but that seems to be typical now a days. I did receive a 10% Angie's List discount on the service call and I had a $25 gift card that I received in the mail several months ago. The technician was very professional and friendly. Because the weather has been cool, we did not turn the A/C on until the evening of August 11th when we discovered it wasn't cooling. I reset the circuit breaker that had tripped and it tripped again. At 7:30 a.m. on April 12th (today) I called Lindstrom and explained the problem. They put me on a "urgent call list" and told me the technician would call 30 minutes before he arrived (no window was provided). The technician arrived about 7:00 p.m. He inspected the unit and found that the previous technician had made a wiring mistake during the installation of the new capacitor. The second technician replaced the newly burned wires and fixed the problem. He was very professional. There was no charge for the second visit as should be. Lindstrom did the right thing by correcting their error but it could have turned out much worse. I'm not sure if I will use the service again.

Called at 730am on Wednesday and placed on a PRIORITY EMERGENCY status. Unit was off, leaking thru filter into intake, and clients already blew out runoff line to assure not clogged. We cancelled appointment at 6:30pm same night when no one had called or visited all day. They won't set formal appointment or 2-3 hour window, just open ticket all day or night until they are ready to help. Receptionist didn't care about it and said they overbook knowing that cancellations will happen. What ??? Good, happy clients don't cancel and will often provide referrals. POOR SERVICE ... will never consider revisiting in future.

I will absolutely use them again. They have done a complete heating and air conditioning installation. They removed the old system and installed the new system. They Did it in a way for me that made it easier for me to use my garage, so they moved it. Everything was done very professionally and timely.

A big company and well known. I have service contracts with them, they come twice a year. If I have a problem, boy they are right here. They are always available, they are very good. They give you a two hour window and they are always here, unless if a job is taking longer, I always get a phone call. I sign a contract with them every year.

One of the supervisor's got involved and we haven't had a problem since. They were on top of it. We bought a brand new unit and they fixed it. I will always do business with them, as long as they keep it up the way they are, they will always have my business. They live up to my expectations. The workers are very competent, very professional, very fair. Because I have contracts with them I get discounts.

We had a yearly maintenance contract with them. They seem to come out and fix the problem. It didn't take them long to come out and drain the tank. It was less than an hour. They keep the area clean. I would use them again for plumbing.

Their follow through was terrible with like reordering filters. There was some damage that they needed to come back and fix. They only fixed a portion of it. So, the sales portion and the installers that worked inside the home were excellent. The folks that worked on the outside of it were not very good. The installation overall was great. The problem was some of the knickknacks and some of the things I experienced with them like I had some landscaping that was just done, they damaged a bunch of plants. I had their management team out here. With the installation with the crew that worked on the outside, they damaged the stucco. I mentioned this to the manager and the sales guy. It took 3 or 4 calls to get somebody to fix it. I spent hundreds of dollars on landscaping here and there is damage and they just kind of was like "Hey we fixed the stucco. Have a nice day," kind of thing. I am kind of stuck on that end and paying somebody else to do the work. The sales people, the folks that worked inside the house were excellent. If it wasn't for the sales guy, I would probably give them an "F" because after the sales was completed, he was still around to help out. They literally didn't respond to anything. I had to route everything through the sales person. They were here on time. The installation was done on time.
