Good, but I did not get another estimate so I do not kn ow if price was good

Calls made when promised and the technician showed up during the scheduled window. Work was done quickly and efficiently.

It looks like they are only interested in replacing the unit and making quick money. Their pricing for repairing just ridiculous, such as one item is to replenish the R22 coolant level, I understand R22 is expensive nowadays, but refill 7lb at US$120/lb? give me a break, it is ridiculous, I asked why it needs so much, i was told the ac tank is 6lb, and it needs 1 extra to fill the pipe, speechless. I have another vendor checked the system and refilled 3lb R22 @ 8x/lb. everything works perfectly now. I understand AC repairing market has deep water, but this kind of overpricing make me feel embarrassed.

Got an estimate from the "professional" HVAC person from Lindstrom to fix the AC unit for $6000. I googled the problem myself, and was able to replace the fan for $500. It took me all of 15 minutes. This type of upcharging, and overselling of services is unconscionable.

Scheduled an appointment several days in advance to get a quote for a new AC system install. Waiting for this appointment was a waste of my time. Despite the company website showing special savings for Carrier systems, the tech proceeded to tell me that per company policy they could only quote me a Trane system because my air handler is in a non-conditioned space (garage). If this is your company policy, state this information during the call to request a quote. If this had been known, I would have never requested the appointment.

Very well. The job estimator was punctual and very professional. The install tech was punctual and did the complete job in the estimated time especially considering that the filter was in a very tight under cupboard space and not easily accessible.

Of course, our a/c died on a hot day when I had a sick child at home. Fortunately, tech Tru was wonderful and came out within 1.5 hours of my frantic call. He found the problem (voltage regulator) and replaced the part and we were cool! He was courteous, kind, and patient, and got the job done quickly. I had been stressed because our same-day request was going to be charged a $125 Urgent Call fee, but because he was able to come during normal business hours that fee was waived. Overall a great experience.

Technician stated coil was leaking coolant, coolant was extremely low, unit was not functioning properly and repairs would cost thousands so since my A/C unit was already 10 years old the only option I had was to purchase a new one and they would send another tech out for an estimate. Next day a different tech came out and provided an estimate of approximately $5600. Just to make sure this was correct, I had another A/C repair company take a look and all that was needed was a line flush and he stated coolant was at capacity. Line was flushed, A/C works perfectly...no water and I'm not out of $5600.

I have used Lindstrom for multiple HVAC and Plumbing situations. Every time they have provided consistently excellent customer service. After trying several companies over the years, I have now been using Lindstrom for all of my HVAC and Plumbing needs and couldn't be happier. Everyone I have come into contact with from office personnel to field technicians have been very friendly and provided excellent customer service. This scathing review only applies to the plumbing department! The AC side has been great since I started with them in 1989. On 03/03/18 a plumber named Pat came to my house at my request. I asked him to fix a dripping bathroomfaucet and put a new cartridge in my shower faucet. Pat prepared an estimate for $477.00. This estimate included a "filter" costing $341.00 and a new faucet costing $189.00. I complained to Frank, pat's boss, that Pat had grossly overcharged me. I told Frank that I did not ask for a new faucet and the "filter" was the wrong part. I emphasized that I had previously requested Pat replace the shower Delta shower valve cartridge (part#: RP46463), which was available at Ace Hardware for $59.99. I also asked that he repair a dripping Delta lavatory faucet with a new kit (part #: RP44123), also available at ACE Hardware for $16.87. There was additional O-ring kit for $5.18 that could be replaced, as well. The total was $22.05. As a result, Frank sent me a check for $122.00 on 03.07/18. Unfortunately, while I was at work my wife allowed a plumber named Diobin installed a new faucet instead of repairing my old lavatory faucet on 03/16/18. This faucet did not match my old faucet. However, the shower cartridge was the correct one. I called Frank a second time. Frank's solution was to sell me a second new faucet for $150.00. I found a similar one at Home Depot for $65.00. This faucet was installed on 3/24/18 by Anthony. The story doesn't end here. Anthony, who is a good plumber, installed a low water flow version of the new faucet Diobin had installed back on 03/16/18. So I had one faucet that had a 1.2 gal per minute flow and one that barely trickled. I called Chris, the operations manager to complain on 03/26/18. I got his recorder. He never called me back. My total cost was $505.00 for two dripping faucets was $505.00 On my days off, I took the wife shopping at Home Depot. We bought two really nice Delta Faucets for $99.00 each. I read the directions and installed them in an afternoon. I was healing from eye surgery when I called for help from Lindstrom. I should have waited till I was better. IF YOU CALL LINDSTROM PLUMBING YOU AREA A FOOL! iF SOME BANDIT NAMED PAT COMES TO YOUR HOUSE - DON'T LET HIM IN!

The A/C system was over 10 years old so when the air handler failed (holes in tubes) we decided to replace both the compressor and air handler with another Trane unit. An appointment was made for installation the day after I signed the contract. The installers arrived as agreed upon and spent the entire day installing the new equipment, replacing the compressor slab, replacing one of the circuit breakers (electrician showed up), running a new duct, adding a new thermostat and other necessary plenum work that was identified at the time of the purchase. I was very satisfied with the work done, punctuality and professionalism. Cleanup was very good. I waited to write this review until the installation passed the City inspection which it did. One item that may or may not have been a concern is that the replacement air handler was dented upon arrival. My concern was that I was the one who pointed it out to the installers and asked that a replacement unit be installed. Someone did bring a new unit with an hour or so. I'll never know if the dented unit (dent in rear) would have been installed if I had not seen it. I guess customers should always be vigilant. One minor issue I have is that the diagnosis visit was to be subtracted from the price of the installation of the new unit. This did not happen and I had to call Lindstrom who agreed to refund me $100 which I was told was the maximum amount they will refund. Of course the service technician told me I I would receive my entire $125. back. Maybe he didn't know about the maximum because of inadequate training. Other than that issue, I was pleased with my experience.

They're just wonderful and they did a good job. They came when they said they would.

Terrific. They are always responsive, courteous, and honest. They diagnose problems and provide a set of solutions to pick from. During the recent hurricane, one of their managers came to my home the night before the hurricane because my air conditioner was malfunctioning.

I signed a service agreement. I have to wait a tech for 3 weeks during winter season. I am wondering what is a waiting time in the summer???? I wish someone told me that!!! Buyers beware!!!

Line was rapidly cleared and serviceman cleaned up after himself.

toilet - repair person made do with existing parts but toilet doesn't flush properly all the time. Faucet - I had part which technician used - working perfectly now, Asked them to look into replacing diverter in shower but they have never gotten back to me on this.

Val from Lindstrom did our work estimate to replace the outdated system, which according to our regular maintenance service and 3 new providers, was not worth repairing. This was due to its condition after 13 years and its minimal efficiency. Our scheduled installation coincided with Tropical Storm Irma, but Lindstrom was proactive and exceedingly flexible in my multiple requests to revise their calendar. The crew was meticulous and installed the new Trane system. With no pressure from Val, we opted to increase the size of the unit for the best cost/efficiency rating. The new thermostat and my part of regular maintenance were explained completely and with patience. After so many years, Air Conditioners and smart thermostats have evolved, so that was much appreciated. Two weeks later the included replacement filters were delivered incorrectly sized. The very next day after my call to Lindstrom, they sent a tech to measure and amend the order on file. Our new filters arrived in four days. I don’t know whether the error was in the placement or fulfillment of the order, but Lindstrom took ownership and resolved the issue post haste. It’s reassuring that even after the installation was complete, my concern was handled efficiently and without question. The system is amazing, works exactly as promised and saving $30 to $40 off our monthly utility bill. I had heard good reports on Lindstrom’s customer service; Angie’s List among them. I made the right choice and have passed my recommendations forward to friends and neighbors.

Installers arrived 3 hours before scheduled time which required them to come back. They returned early, but were able to do the installation in a very short time. Installation was professional but instructions for electrician were not given. They said we may or not need an electrician, but when the installation was done, we were still not told. We had to call the office to find out what to do. The people in the office were also very helpful. It would have been easier to know what to do before the installers left.

It went extremely well. Tim, the plumber Lindstrom sent out, was a model of professionalism: punctual, polite, and most of all competent. Would not hesitate to use again and recommend.
