The sales representative was prompt, efficient, and extremely personable. He answered all of our questions. There was no pressure to sign a contract. When we did decide, he arranged the work to be completed two days after signing. The gentlemen that did the work covered all of the floors before beginning and swept and vacuumed the floor after the work was complete. They arrived on time and worked all day so that we would have air conditioning by the end of the day. All work was complete by 5:00 p.m.'

I get a 15% reduction with servicing and parts if you are on a contract with them that services the unit every 6 months. They stand behind their products. They put booties on their shoes whenever they come into your home. I would recommend them to others. They call before they come to your home.

This company is reliable and effective. If there is a problem, they will send repair persons out until the problem is repaired.

They were okay, I was happy with them for awhile. They were responsive, punctual and professional. I paid for a service contract with them where they came out twice a year to service the air conditioner. The compressor on the air conditioner had a five year warranty, and it went after just four years. They didn t honor the contract and made me pay for another compressor. I dropped the service contract with them on my air conditioner after that. Now I m looking for someone to come and service my air conditioner. I did have one good experience with them. I had problems with it leaking a lot and I had to call the supervisor. Once the supervisor came he fixed the problem.

Some one else told us about them. They were very professional when they were there working. The quality of the product was very good. They were very prompt. They told me a lot about everything. They did a very good job at cleaning up.

Around the Clock's plumbers came the first day to diagnose the problem. They explained our problem, the work they would have to do to identify and repair the leak, and the potential costs. They came back the next morning and did the work. They were very focused on the work and it was clear they were concerned about doing a good job. They cleaned up afterwards. Repairing the interior and exterior walls was our responsibility, of course, but they tried to do as little damage as possible. We were relieved to have the leak fixed and pleased with the job Around the Clock did.

I was impressed with the salesman because he, like none of the others, explained what I needed and how everything worked. The crew arrived on time, were very pleasant and cleaned up well when they left.

They came by, checked out our old unit and house, recommended two units. We decided to go with them because they have an affiliation with Home Depot -- if you open an HD account you can finance same as cash for 12 months, plus the unit had the longest warranty, 10 years Trane. Additionally, our sales rep, Oscar, agreed to throw in a years supply of filters gratis, change out an old breaker, and arrange for duct cleaning through the company. Ultimately we had the unit installed, that took a day as expected, however the unit made a rattling noise once installed which we could hear in the bedroom. They sent out another tech who fixed that up, now it works great. We got the filters, theyre fine. Only thing were still waiting on is the replacement breaker, and although its a small issue, were still waiting on that. Overall it was a very professional job, they met expectations, cost was probably on the high side but we decided to pay for the best solution, not the cheapest.

The original date for service was 9/19 in the afternoon. We were later contacted and asked to accept a different date of 9/24 at 1 P.M. Again, we were contacted and asked if we would accept the date of 9/27 at 12 noon. Again, we agreed to the new time and date. At approximately 2 P.M we contacted the office and inquired as to where we were on the schedule. We were told that the technician was "a little behind". We asked if it was 20 minutes, reply was "no", asked if it was 6 hours, reply (laughing) said "no". So, we waited. At about 2:10, we received a call from the office stating that the technician could not be available until 5 P.M, would that be acceptable? We agreed to that time as we were already waiting more that a week and a half for this service. This is also the third time this company had altered our schedules. The technician called us at approximately 3:30 saying he was on his way from Weston, which would get him to our location at approximately 4 P.M.

Lindstrom Air Conditioning Inc., is everything that anyone could ask for. They're on time, professional and very responsive to phone calls and requests. I've used them in the past and have always been satisfied with their work quality.

I was very pleased with them since they were prompt and very polite. They really went the extra mile with me. He didn t try to charge me 5 times more than anyone else. I can tell that this company has integrity and I would use them again.

In regards to the unit that is outside, they didn t advise me that apparently the one that was there before was not placed according to code on the concrete. They put the new one on the cement base that was already existing and it wouldn't pass the code because the original cement was not level. The customer service was terrible as well and I wasn t advised properly about the electrical work that wouldn't pass code either.

Lindstrom was the only company, out of several companies, I had called to follow up with an estimate. The salesman was very professional. Lindstrom was not the cheapest, however; they were not the most expensive.

I called them on a Wednesday and they came out the next day. They explained all of the different options that I could chose from in terms of the type of unit I wanted them to install. They also explained all of the components of the unit and the 10 year warranty really well. Everything works properly and I was satisfied with the work they did. A reliable air conditioner is important in Florida.

I called this company on Monday after the company that I had bought the system from told me they could not come out until 4 days later. This was not acceptable as I did not want water damage from the significant water leakage. I called Lindstrom and they came out that afternoon. It was indeed a plugged drainage hole, which was easily remedied. I plan on calling them in 6 months for maintenance.

Waste of time and $65.00. Tech was prompt, but wasn't knowledgeable. Quick to want to sell me a new unit.

Absolutely terrible! I met with a salesman, Jay Gonzoles, and thought I had decided on a unit. Mr. G knew my husband was hospitalized with heart/kidney conditions (there is a hospital bed, commode, wheelchair and walker in the middle of my living room). Husband was transferred between hospitals on day I was supposed to sign papers. I was up almost all night. Next day, 7:30 AM, started receiving calls from Mr. G, who insisted I had to sign that day. Got 4-5 calls altogether, with each being more confrontive than last. When contacted, company showed no signs of contrition other than makeshift apology on part of manager. Despite what I thought was good rep, I would never consider doing business with this co. again.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY WERE BALE TO FIX THE AIR CONDITIONER WITHOUT A SINGLE PROBLEM. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

THEY HAD TO DO ALL OF THE PIPES IN MY AIR DUCTS. THEY WERE VERY GOOD AT IT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY FOR THEIR WORK THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE.

I THOUGHT THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY CAME ON TIME. THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THAT THEY WOULD BE DOING. THEY MADE SURE TO CLEAN UP EVERYTHING AFTER THEY WERE DONE WITH THE JOB.

THEY DO AVERY GOOD JOB. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY GET THEIR WORK DONE IN GOOD TIMING THINK THAT THEIR PRICE IS A LITTLE HIGH. I WOULD PAY THAT PRICE JUST TO KNOW THAT EVERYTHING IN MY HOUSE IS WORKING CORRECTLY.

I HAD AN INSPECTION MADE OF MY HOME'S AIR DUCTS, TO MAKE SURE THERE WAS NOT A PROBLEM BECAUSE OF THE MOISTURE FROM THE HURRICANE. HAVING THE DUCTWORK CLEANED MADE ME FEEL MORE COMFORTABLE ABOUT USING MY HEATING/COOLING SYSTEM.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICES. THE WHOLE JOB WAS COMPLETED. THE PLUMBER WAS VERY FRIENDLY. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. THEY CAME RIGHT IN AND GOT THE PROBLEM FIXED. THEY DID NOT CHARGE US A FORTUNE.

THE COMPANY DOES A GREAT JOB ON THE MAINTENANCE OF THE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM. THE UNIT HAS NEVER STOPPED WORKING FOR US. THE WORKERS ARE RELIABLE AND SKILLED IN THE MAINTENANCE ON THE A/C.

THEY DO EXCELLENT WORK. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE VERY AFFORDABLE. THEY HAVE A VERY GOOD REPUTATION WITH KEEPING THE CUSTOMER SATISFIED. THEY GOT THE AC FIXED RIGHT AWAY. WE HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS OUT OF IT SINCE.
