(It is) the best Lexus dealer in the United States. There was no charge for the service; that car has, like, a 100-percent warranty on everything. They make any adjustments that I need. Their pricing is not cheap; it is acceptable to me.
If you want top level service, you have to go to them. Service was very quick,because it was an air pressure thing. They checked it and determined it was that. They topped it off and sent me on the way. It was very quick.
The service was very good. It's good quality.
I bought my car here in 2014 and have only used them for service. So they have my maintenance history in their database. They mentioned to me in December 2015 that transmission and other fluids should be changed at next service interval. When I came in March 2016 no one brought that up. In fact, the service writer never entered me in the computer so I never received a valid estimate of service.
So I left w/o the fluids being addressed because I don't keep such trivia in my head. I rely on the fact I consistently bring my vehicle to them. On the following Monday when they emailed me the service report I saw a notation that these fluids were in an urgent need of replacement. So now I have to trek on back over there and have a second Saturday morning spent waiting for my car. Over the years their service has really gone downhill. You have to watch your bill, too. You can see that they replace items that were just replaced within 3 months like windshield wipers.
