Awesome service and professionalism. I called on a Wednesday afternoon requesting an estimate to repair a roof link. Writhing an hour I was contacted by Pat and an appointment was confirmed for the next day. Pat came out and looked over the roof and discovered why there was a leak. He put together a proposal for the work and confirmed an appoint went to repair for the next day. His team showed up at 8 am and diligently completed the job in 3 hours. Pat showed me the before and after photos of the job and offered a 1 year guarantee. He is the consummate professional contractor and I would use him again without hesitation.

I hired Hamilton Roofing to do a roof repair. After paying them $1850.00, we are left with a huge leak in the area of his repair. Hamilton Roofing refused to come back and look at the area or offer any help. I had 5 roofers give us estimates, and I was told that *The current problem is showing up in the work of Hamilton Roofing* so I am forced to hire another roofer to repair Hamilton Roofings work. He has refused to come and look at it and will not stand by his work. We were given a *tail light warranty* according to a roofer who looked at his repair. DO NOT HIRE. Currently going through consumer complaints with the sate of Florida for a remedy.

Amazing experience. I would give 6 stars if I could. Patrick arrived within 2 hours of my contacting him. Repaired some damaged tiles on the spot and charged me a really fair price. I just wish all my contracting needs are as stress free as today.

Finding a reliable, competent and honest roofer can be a daunting task. Patrick is the owner and handles the quoting and manages the job directly. He knows what he is doing and gets the job done at a reasonable price quickly.

Patrick came on time for the estimate and his crew came on time for the repair. They cleaned up after themselves. When I thought there was still a leak Patrick came out the next day to check on the roofing job and it he said it was a gutter issue. But it turned out NOT to be a gutter issue. I had 3 Gutter companies come out and they all told me the same thing that the roof repair wasn't finished. When it is finished correctly call us back, we don't want to take your money if it is not the gutters. I then hired another roofing company who came and told me that the repairs Hamilton Brothers did were very poorly done(Hamilton Brothers didn't secure the tiles) and they had missed a section of the roof higher up that needed to be fixed. This new company fixed the work that Hamilton Brothers did and also caulked some of the facia boards as well as the vents around the laundry room and bathroom. I have had 2 major rainfalls to test the new repair and I don't have any leaks coming from the roof or gutters. Hamilton Brothers gave me a contract that guarantees their work for 1 year, unless there is a hurricane, but what good is a warranty if you don't stand by it. I did send videos taken by the Gutter companies to Patrick and he continued to tell me it was the gutters and his work was done! After the last phone call with the 3rd video he told me,"DON'T CALL ME AGAIN! I would not recommend them since they don't stand by their work and it was of poor quality.

Mr. Hamilton is exceptionally knowledgeable. And his customer service is spectacular. I had an emergency leak repair for which he gave me a very reasonable quote. As he walked around my house he identified another leak! He quickly evaluated the cost and his guys fixed both problems in a matter of hours. I highly recommend their services.

I was contacted by Patrick Hamilton within 24 hours of my request. The next day he inspected my roof, in need of broken, cracked and missing tile repair, provided an estimate that evening and was able to start and complete the job the next day. The estimate was clear and covered the scope of work needed in detail. I did not have my tiles and was assured that the tiles used would be a match. Mr Hamilton provided photos of before and after. I choose Hamilton Brothers to fix my leaking roof for the following reasons. 1) Quick to respond to my request to look at roof (under 2 hours from initial inquiry to time Patrick Hamilton was on the roof and giving me an estimate) 2) quick to repair the problem. Job finished 3 days after I gave them a go ahead, 3) Good price...the best of the 3 quotes I got, 4) Good communication on the progress of the job etc. I think the repair ended up being a little more in depth because of some severe roof rot, then the original estimate but I did not receive any increase in price, which was nice.

Hamilton Brothers Roofing was so professional in their response & evaluation, which included pictures taken in a narrow attic area ( unlike several other roofers) to pinpoint & then...correct a recurring leak, in what was found to be rotted wood covered improperly according to building code re our Spanish Tile Roof . Contrary to previous experiences with roofing companies, this company was a breath of fresh air. They were timely, professional, and completed the work as promised. Would definitely hire them again and recommend them without reservation. All in all, a good experience.
