Patric was among the early contractors to call. We made an appointment for an estimate, and he came on time. He gave me a written, detailed estimate immediately. Of the 6 estimates I got, he gave me the best price. What I liked a lot about him is that HE DIDN'T ASK FOR MONEY UPFRONT, but to be paid upon completion. I hired him. He started on time and finished on time. The scope of the work was to repair a leak over the garage with a flat roof, and also to apply a silicone sealant. I am satisfied with the quality of the repair. I waited with the review for a couple of rains to verify the repair. There were no more leaks, and I am a satisfied customer. Great experience, they came in, looked at the problem, gave me a fair price, and completed the job the following day, possibly saving more damage to my home from more damage due to torrential rain fall the following day

Patrick contacted me right away and came over after his other job was done, the same day, as promised. He was fantastic! He diagnosed our problem leak. It was not the roof, and all we have to do is get someone to replace some rotted fascia. You couldn't ask for more! Would highly recommend this company
