Pat Hamilton returned my initial phone call the 1st day. Since it is the rainy season, it took over a week for them to do the job. Once they did get here, they were efficient & friendly. They stopped the leaks & cleaned up thoroughly. But they charged an extra $200 over the quoted price.

As good as advertised. Very pleasant, responsive, fair, etc. Everything was on time, on budget, and done right.

Two areas on the roof were leaking. Five years of numerous patch up jobs had not solved the leaks, they just kept shifting with each patch. Patrick Hamilton came and with no drama (every other roofer called in would tell me about the age of the roof, how maybe we would continue to get leaks elsewhere, extra costs etc.) identified the problem, specifically in the valley of one area and the flashing of an exhaust pipe in the other. He gave us a very fair quote and got it done in a matter of a couple of days. Extremely reliable and professional. When the time comes to replace our roof, guess who I'm going to call!

I called Hamilton Bros for a roof leak after finding them here. Patrick promptly returned my call and made arrangements to look at the problem. Upon arrival Patrick determined it was a minor (very minor) repair and showed me how to fix it myself. I offered to pay for the visit; he refused to take any money. WOW! There is something to be said for honesty. I highly recommend Hamilton Bros and will gladly call them next time I need roof repairs.

I did not wind up going with them but if I have another roof issue, I would definitely contact them again.

A In 2009 ater seeing a full page ad in The Miami Herald with the Angie's List '08 Super Award Hamilton Bros roofing was contacted. They answered promptly, inspected the residence inside, and roof and replaced titles and provided a free estimate on the spot. Equally important they worked with the insurance company. We hired them to coat the roof and highly recommend this company.

Hamilton Bros fixed 3 roof leaks in 10/09. After a heavy rain in April 2010 one reappeared. I called Patrick and within hours he and his crew were here. Quickly, efficiently, cleanly they fixed the leak and left. They never asked for money!!! These guys are great. I only wish they did other things like plumbing, landscaping, dishes, etc. My life would be perfect. Bravo Hamilton Bros for being so highly reputable and trustworthy.

The owner of the company came out for the estimate on 4/1. On 4/3, the pressure washing was completed by two very hard-working gentlemen. These gentlemen returned on 4/5 for the sealing and painting. The owner was present at the beginning, the middle, and the end of each day's work. Always punctual, always polite, attentive to cleanliness, and careful of our personal belongings, the work was finished professionally and efficiently.

Estimate given on a Tue, I accepted the estimate the next day (Wed), and the work was done the following day (Thu). Job went smoothly.

I contacted Hamilton Bros. based on what I read on this site. Patrick came out the next morning, looked at the problem, and had a quote for me in about 30 minutes. He then took me on the roof to walk me through what needed to be done and explained it would be a two day job. It turns out that the work another company had done about four years ago on the flat roof before we bought the house was extremely shoddy. So Patrick was not only fixing leaks that developed given the age of our house (built 1962) but redoing work that hadn't been properly done by the previous owners. The quote was high - $4,200 - and I did get other quotes that were a bit less. I decided to go with Hamilton Bros even though they were a little more expensive based on the reviews of this site and how quick and professional he was when he came out to give me the quote. We had heavy rains last week and I called him on a Friday. He and his team were out here first thing that Monday, exactly when they said they would be here, and got to work. He and his team did the work within the time frame they said, cleaned up, and when done took me back up on the roof to explain what they had done. The work comes with a one-year warranty (wish it was longer) but the whole experience was pretty positive discounting the fact that I had to call anyone in the first place. I would call Patrick again.

We had major water damage on the ceiling and wall under our stairs on one side of the house and water leaking from light fixtures on the other. Hamilton Bros. located the source of the two leaks as well as found a third leak showing damage outside that would soon create damage on the inside. Quickly, cleanly repaired all three leaks. If the next rainy season shows that these fixes aren't holding, I feel confident thay will be here promptly to fix any problems. I will both use this company again and also recommend them.

I called for an estimate for some minor damage to my roof. Patrick came out, climbed on the roof, and replaced the broken tile with an extra that I had in the garage. He recommended a roofing adhesive product and showed me other places on the roof that needed it. Then he left -- without charging me a cent.

They quoted the work as $2425, which we found to be to expensive for us.

The owner was very professional. They are very fast. They are very polite. They are very punctual. They know what they are doing and we might go with them.

I noticed several areas of the fascia rotting, and before getting the house painted, I decided it was time to get the rotting repaired. I went on-line, filled out a request for an estimate and two days later, Patrick, the owner, called and came out that day and gave a free estimate. After I called to hire this company, after reviewing all three of my other estimates, the work began on the next day. The company indicated that the rotting was caused by insufficient drainage off the roof, poor installation from home builder, causing the water to sit and rot the roof all the way to the wood. It was only a matter of time before I would experience interior damage. At first, only one of three areas was noted to have extensive rotting and complete tear off was estimated on that area, with the other 2 just needed exterior trim. However, after the work began, it was noted immediately that all three areas were extensively damaged, a new estimate was received and the job was completed all in one day! My neighbor watched and in his opinion "They did an excellent job." Everything from the estimate, to the noting of addition damage, to project completion was handled with professionalism. Patrick the owner came and oversaw the work, which was also a nice personal touch. He also went over the rest of the roof, de-bulking some extensive mudding and securing any other loose tiles. The "only" thing that I thought could have been better was the clean up. There were many nails leftover in the grass and a lot of excess glue all over the roof tiles. This company was in the middle price range from my other 2 estimates. I would hire them again at this point.

Company was there when they said they would be there. Started on time, returned my calls immediately, polite, had a complete contract, cleaned up after themselves, answered everything to my satisfaction, got the appropriate permits. I would definitely recommend them.

They were polite, clean, prompt and after another provider and wanted to replace the whole roof I had this guy come out and he was up front and honest. I also had a little leak after he fixed the roof and he came out that same day and took care of it free of charge.

Phoned Mr.Hamilton to have him assess the roof and the leak. He showed up on time was professional and immediately determined where the leak was unlike several other roofers who suggested total replacement. We reviewed his estimate decided to use his company. He first cleaned the roof, repaired the leak replaced the tiles and then painted the entire roof with a sealant. From the second we spoke to Mr. Hamilton until he completed the job it was seamless with not obstacles or hidden charges or delays, it was an excellent job from inception to completion. We have lived in South Florida for 22yrs and certainly recognize quality workmanship and Hamilton Bros. Roofing is outstanding we felt compelled to acknowledge and recommend his services to anyone who asks about roofing. He is very competent and most of all did what he said he would do and fixed the problem unlike so many other contractors that we have dealt with who added to the problem. This was such a great experience we are thrilled!
