From the beginning they were professional, respectful and helpful.  Their written estimate was the most professional and complete of the five that I sought and received.  Everything was as they promised.  They did a beautiful job and I now enjoy space that I previously couldn't stand.

Fantastic!  I am so happy I hired them to do my doors and windows. They were not the cheapest (the others had other products but I wanted PGT) but their prices were very reasonable for PGT. 
They took their time giving me an estimate (a few days) because they wanted to be sure PGT could make the windows I needed (arch and size).   I really appreciate them being so careful and throughout.
Ed, the owner came to our house, once we had agree to hire them to be sure we choose the right tint of glass for our house.  We ended up saving $5000 by going with his recommendation. 
The crew who came to install was terrific.  They did a wonderful job, were very professional, on time and cleaned up after themselves.  An extra plus, the office send me forms to fill out a rebate PGT was running that I did not know about.  I saved $1000 more!
I highly recommend them for a great job at a great price with great employees.

Everything was handled very professionally.  A representative visited our home in advance of the installation and we reviewed all of the specifics of the purchase.  Once the windows were ready to be installed, we were called and picked a day for installation.  The entire installation day went very smoothly and the windows were in place just after noon.  Company handled all the permits and arranged for the city inspection the next week.  The inspector said it was a perfect job and he was going to use the same company to replace his windows in several months.  As a bonus, the price we paid was half the estimate we received from Florida Home Improvement Association--and that quote was through a membership club to which we belong!  Still very happy with the results almost a year later.

This review is long overdue, for which I apologize. East Coast did an excellent job in replacing our windows and doors. They were very thorough and worked as neatly as possible in what is normally a very messy job. They explained everything very well before, during and after the installation. In addition, even after being paid in full, they came back to touch up a couple of caulking spots as promised and without prompting. We were very happy with their service and recommend them highly!

East Coast removed and replaced three of our aging patio sliding doors and replaced two of them with French style doors and replaced the third with a brand new 9 foot wide sliding patio door.  All of the new doors are hurricane impact resistant type doors.  East Coast came in with the lowest quote from four different companies.  They were very professional and arrived for appointments when scheduled and returned calls when requested.  They provided excellent and concise plans that were needed for approval from our Homeowners Association.  They were able to have permits pulled in less time than expected probably due to their attention to detail and completeness of the plans. 
The installation went very fast.  Although the installers arrived two hours after the scheduled time, they were able to complete the install of all three doors in one afternoon.  The quality of installation of the doors was very good.  You could tell that they knew what they were doing.  Even after completing the install, there was a very slight issue with the ease of which the French style doors were closing.  East Coast made sure to come out the next day to make the appropriate adjustments to the satisfaction of my slightly over particular spouse to which I'd like to apologize to East Coast for. 
Overall, the job came in at exactly what they'd quoted and in less time.  They called and were very concerned that we were not satisfied with the work.  We are.  Overall,  they are an excellent company that we would hire again and certainly recommend to anyone. Thanks again East Coast.  We love our new doors!

Eddie and his crews have installed windows & doors at 3 houses and 3 apartment complexes. What a great job ECW does, I will continue to use them.

Everything they promised, they knew the product, they had the best prices, they were the best. Clean up was good, covered all my furniture. They did a spectacular job. They gave me all upgraded parts for the windows. They gave me all the high end stuff, and were the cheapest. They're a great company.

Everything was good. They were better than average. I got the information from my neighbors, 4 or 5 neighbors used them as well. They had the best price. They came out on the date they were supposed to and cleaned up after themselves. I have to call them sometimes to come out and tighten the single pained windows but that isn't their fault, it's just what the windows do. They come out to fix them whenever I need because the windows are under warranty.

Awesome..Where do I start..Wow...and I thought cust.service was dead...Not...There guys were great..Chris..office staff...and the crew..Bob..Rafeal..Andres...Raoul..on time..polite.. proffessional..clean.They answered all my questions without hesitation or attitude..very helpful and accomidating..installed a door viewer..I bought a wrong size deadbolt and the old knob wasn't good...they waited until my wife went to get both of these at different times..no problem..they protected the floor,bed tv..etc.The whole crew knew there job flawlessly..why can't all company's perform the same way.ECW reaffirmed by belief in quality... price and craftmanship.I will recommend the company to all.I understand why Angieslist has given them Superservice award many years running.They without question deserve it...I HIGHLY suggest you use them..you won't be sorry

East Coast Windows and Doors were fantastic! We had a rather large job, with 32+ openings being replaced with PGT Windguard / SIW. We got 3 quotes from different A-listed vendors, and I felt the most comfortable with ECW. They were able to speak to the fire codes in my area and what options were allowed. They were also the only vendor that was able to provide me with full glass options for a very large window on the side of the house using an alternative impact brand (SIW) for just these windows, as PGT did not manufacture them that large. As it turned out, they are also platinum distributors for PGT, which gives them deeper discounts with the manufacturer, and they beat the other vendor quotes by a meaningful margin! We visited their showroom where we were able to visually examine and walkthrough options with their knowledgeable team. Prior to ordering, Chris and Ed came out personally to make confirm all measurements and detailed options, giving us valuable feedback in the process. As this was a VERY large investment for us in our home, we wanted to feel 100% sure that we had everything covered, and ECW made sure that this was the case. The team performing the installation worked efficiently and was courteous, friendly, and helpful. Ed (owner) called me personally to keep me posted on the status of the installation and really went out of his was to make sure that we were satisfied and that everything was done fully to our specifications. They handled the permits, scheduled the inspections, and gave us everything for the HOA approval and made sure that everything was in order for the final inspection. Everyone we worked with at ECW was committed to helping us through the process, answering all of our questions, and making sure that the project went super smoothly. We absolutely love the look, quality, and protection of our new windows and doors, and continue to get compliments on them! I would not hesitate to recommend ECW to anyone in the market for new quality windows and doors!
