East Coast Windows & Doors (ECW), Inc is South Florida’s premier window and door contractor. Specializing in window and door sales and installation, we do residential, commercial, window and door replacement, and new construction. Family owned & operated. ECW launched its operation in 1996 as a window and door repair and installation company. By 1998, ECW became incorporated and began building its reputation of excellence and know-how by mostly referrals. In 1999, ECW bought out the window division of a larger general contractor and continued to grow while maintaining their impeccable reputation. Standing behind their work and excellent customer service skills has made ECW one of the biggest impact window and door specialists in Broward County. I chose three companies that had excellent reputations to give estimates and East Coast was the lowest bidder. They gave me an estimate of when the (custom made)windows and doors would be ready to install, and they called to inform me they were ready about six weeks earlier than their estimate. The work was done in a professional manner, they left the work area clean, and they were considerate of my pets. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and Heather even assisted in getting approval from my homeowners association! I was particularly impressed by the municipal inspector's reaction. Immediately after looking over the first door, he said, "These guys really knew what they were doing", and stopped to make a mental note of the name of the company.

There were approximately 6 men on the crew. They were on time, neat, and efficient. They did the job in 2 days. When they noticed two screens were bent, they ordered new ones and came back at my convenience to install them. Then they continued to follow-up with me through my inspection. The crew were trustworthy men as my daughter was with them most of each day until I came home from work. The men were just absolutely pleasant to be around. Out of four quotes, their price was right in the middle.

THEY INSTALLED THE WINDOWS TIGHTLY AND SECURE. WHEN WE HAD HURRICANE WILMA NOTHING HAPPENED TO THE WINDOWS EXCEPT A LITTLE CRACK. I WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE A COUPLE OF DAYS TO COMPLETE THE WINDOWS, INSTEAD IT TOOK ONE DAY.
