I called for service in the morning, they were at my house by 12:30. As always, everything was done expertly and efficiently.

I had used a few plumbing services in the past and was not particularly pleased. Not bad, but not great. I stumbled across Dascor on Angie's list and decided to give them a try because of the high ratings they received from customers. I used them about 4-6 weeks ago because a pipe under the kitchen sink leaked. They responded promptly and fixed it. I've been receiving notices from my city that I have a slow leak somewhere. A neighbor (handyman) found a leak by the water meter which he fixed. Yet, the meter still showed a leak. This has been going on for probably a year. I decided to use Dascor again. I spoke to Johnny and related the issue. Johnny called his tech Felix and relayed and discussed options on where the leak was coming from. My wife said Felix was great! He checked every possible location for a water leak. He found one by the outside hose and one in the guest toilet, which was undetected by previous plumbing companies in the past. Needless to say the water meter is not moving showing no leak. Dascor was great. I will continue to use them and refer this company to as many people that I can. Plus, my wife liked Felix because he was Sicilian. Great Job.

I consulted Dascor on how to measure the rough in before I place the order. I sent the model number of the toilet I wanted installed to their email contact. I was told the cot to install would be 200 plus 25 to take away the old toilet. Plumber arrived at 9:40, when the appointment was for 8:30-9. The rough in was wrong. The way I was instructed to measure had been incorrect. They could not install the toilet but charged me $95. They asked if there was anything else that they could do, while they were there. They supposedly fixed the running of the toilet and the flusher that did not wor properly. 5 minutes after they left it was not working properly again. I would never use them again and believe I should be refunded the $95. I called them to come back to fix what did not work. They scheduled the same Plumber, Dwayne to return. The day before the appointment Dwayne called me to inform that the cost for parts was $60. He said that is what Dascor charged. I called Dascor and was told these 2 parts would cost about $20. I previously purchased them for about $12. Dwayne never showed up. I have now called the to attempt to rectify the situation. I will update when they return my call.

Johnny was very thorough and came back for free a second time to pin-point the exact location of my very hard to detect pinhole leak. I wanted to use him for tje re-pipe too & was very confident in his abilities, but ultimately chose the first plumber to do the leak fixing because he was the one who unique idea to fix it. I have recommended them to a friend who was also very pleased.

Joe, Curtis and Wade arrived on time. Great crew. They showed us and explained everything in detail. The biggest shocker is now I know why we cannot eradicate the roaches. They worked with our rat exterminator to help locate additional problem access points.

Always very happy with the service. They are all professionals and very knowledgeable.

It was a little expensive, but I was very pleased with every other aspect. I didn't really have anything to compare the price to.

John was very prompt and professional. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do and what it would cost. The price to fix our toilet and sink was very fair.

They were good. They came in time. They performed the job correctly. The price was really reasonable. The price was really fair. They did a good job. They came when they said they would.

The service technician (Dwayne) used a "snake" in the shower drain but said that he could not find a blockage that he could clear. He claimed that the drain pipe was most likely the old galvanized steel type and probably rusted through at a particular spot where he could feel something solid (although it's a recently updated bathroom).He informed me that the only thing he could do was dig underneath the house and replace the pipe. Before that could be done we would have to pay $450 for him to put a scope down so he could get a visual and then quote us further for the job. So we were left with a blocked drain having spent $185. We called in another company ( would be happy to share their details) and were told that there is no scope that can achieve what was suggested. They then cleared the blockage (and confirmed that the pipes are in fact newer PVC) in less than 5 minutes. We are very unhappy with the outcome from this company. I have no problem paying a call out fee, and I now wish I had gone with an offer from one of the other companies offering a much cheaper set price for one hour of labor. However, I made the purchase based on the promise from an A rated company to clean the drain, which was obviously possible based on the second plumbers success. I did message DASCOR to report back to them before submitting my review, and was told that this matter would be reviewed and that the owner would phone me to discuss. I have heard nothing from them since.

This was not an emergency situation as kitchen and master bathroom were not affected; however, they arrived very promptly after I called for service. I explained what had happened and showed them where in the house the problem occurred. They checked the slow drainage from the guest bath by running the bathtub, sinks, and flushing the toilette. Since my house doesn't have a clean out that I'm aware of, they climbed on the roof and ran a powered snake down through the laundry room vent pipe. Once the drain was cleared they verified that the guest bath was draining satisfactorily. The whole repair was completed in less than a hour. I have been using my washer to run multiple back to back loads and there is no sign of any blockage since the repair was completed.

Went great. I noticed the water coming up through the pavers, called at night for repairs. They answered my call within 15 minutes, arrived within the hour (about 8PM), pulled up the pavers, fixed the copper pipe with a stress joint so it wouldn't happen again, replaced the pavers so they were exactly smooth as before the repair. I couldn't even tell where the repair was done the next day after everything dried out. Cleaned up everything before they left. Great job!

All three visits totaled around 1000.00. I was Ok with paying the first charge, which was the highest because of the holiday wknd, but then after the camera visit, I was told to contact the city and they would take care of it. On calling the city, I was told to always call them first because they do not charge and they will state whether a plumber is required. I feel that after the first visit they knew that it was close enough to the city line that they should have suggested I went to the city before incurring additional charges with them. I feel that the additional $500.00 I spent with this company was unnecessary if this would have been brought to light.

My tub spout did not fit directly against the wall. Dwayne, the Service Technician, came out and cut the pipe and replaced it with a new one. He showed up on time, did an outstanding job and answered all my questions. I already anticipate that he will do additional work in my other bathroom. I also want to acknowledged Doreen, the Office Manager as often they don't get the recognition they deserve. She was very pleasant and pleasure to talk to. I look forward to using Dascor for all my plumbing needs.

I called Dascor after a very bad experience with another plumber (Art Plumbing). Art plumbing wanted to "rebuild" my bathroom shower (at a cost of 2 thousand to 3 thousand dollars depending on which "solution" I wanted) to fix a simple problem with the shower (not enough hot water). Dascor showed up and correctly identified the problem (setting on hot water heater too low). They also noticed the leak coming from my 17 year old heater, so they installed a new one the next day. Also, they fixed a flushing issue with one bathroom toilet and a leaky seal on another (Art plumbing offered to replace the entire toilet, another "solution" for me). I'm VERY happy with Dascor, they are quick and honest, and I'll use them again in the future.

The work was performed in a professional manner. We had to wait for a week or two to have the work done. The company were busy with other job(s), and did not show up for their first apptm. Overall, they were pleasant to deal with and we were pleased with their work. Price was reasonable.

Almost 2 months ago my water heater broke and Dascor fixed it or so we thought. About a week later they were back and indicated they needed to order a part. More than a month went by before they received the part despite their trying to get it delivered by air. I called almost every day - after all we need hot water--- and the company employees were professional and frustrated. The company president took my calls instead of ducking them( and who would blame him if he had ducked them). Dascor was frustrated because thy couldn't fix my heater without receiving the part from Takagi. Finally it arrived and Joe and Wade came right out to fix it. Most companies would have advised me to go elsewhere so I'm glad this company went above and beyond in customer service.

Cory arrived exactly on time, went right to work and finished the job in two hours. He was very neat and professional.
