Chase Roofing will be my go-to roofing company for sure! They are absolutely exceptional with customer service and their quality of work is excellent for the price. They were quick and efficient. What took longer than expected were the city inspections, but that is out of their control. Philip Dray was my project manager during the entire process and he was the sweetest, most polite professional to work with. He even got the company to be flexible with me on the pricing. I loved the communication I received all throughout the process, from getting a quote to finished product, as I was kept in the loop about everything. It was a true delight and pleasure dealing with these pros. Oh, and they sent me a thoughtful gift after everything was completed. They are top-notch and I highly recommend them for all your roofing needs! I am definitely a satisfied customer.

Probably the worst contractor we have ever used. Did not follow installation instructions and cost of thousands to fix their mistakes. We gave them installation instructions for two attic fans that had two very specific requirements about the size of the opening and the size of the air space needed beneath. They admitted that he did not read the full instructions and neither of those requirements were met. As a result, the fans were not functional. They installed the fans in an area with less than 6 inches of ventilation. They refused to come back and even look at the problem so we had to hire another company to move the fans.

Chase is a family owned and operated business operating in South Florida since 2003. John and Tamara Chase lead a great team of professionals that do the job right. I recently had the pleasure of contracting with Chase to replace the roof on my home. There were a few bumps, as often happens during construction, but Chase stayed on top of everything and made sure I was completely satisfied with the job. An added bonus; they are one of only two Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractors in the area, which allowed me the opportunity to obtain a 50 year, transferable warranty on materials and labor for my roof! If you are looking for the best quality and experience, Chase is the roofing company for you!

Dave, the estimator was on time for the appointment, professionally dressed, was thorough in his inspection and estimate. The estimate was 50% less than another big name roofing company. The work was started within a reasonable time. The 2 men that came were on-dot on time every morning. Dressed professionally and kept me informed every step of the way with their progress. The before and after pictures were proof positive of the work that was needed and the pictures of the steps needed to correct the issues onky reinforced the high opinion I have of the workers and the overall professionalism of this company. I am thoroughly impressed with the his company from start to finish.!

We have used Chase Roofing several times. When we called on them the very first time to get a quote for a repair we were so impressed by their professionalism. He had other quotes at the time that were a little bit lower cost but we went with Chase. I was so glad we did. Our questions were answered promptly and their work was fantastic. Chase Roofing really excelled on this roofing project of our home in Fort Lauderdale. I am located out of state, so trust and communication were key factors. Johna Cray provided a very thorough estimate, explained each detail, made great suggestions and stayed on top of the project throughout. Project supervisor Nick Anello sent emails, texts and photos of the project each step of the way so I was assured of what was happening without being able to be there. Their price was excellent and quality outstanding.

Had three bids and picked Chase not only because their bid was the lowest but because their rep explained in detail why and what needed to be done and presented proof of company's credibility. Their team got here on time and finished ahead of time, checking with me along the way and explaining the process. Warned me about future potential problems with palm branches rubbing my roof and went ahead and cut them off for me when I told foreman I had a clipper. Very pleased
