Chase Roofing

I spend 3 months to get my roof fixed... A lot of scam out there when it comes to honest work and pricing. I listened a lot of lies and promises, no result. Then I found CHASE ROOFING on Home advisory.com, long story short; they came, they told me exactly what needs to be done and how much. They were top of every detail and they did more then they promised. Fantastic job. Honest work. My next project is to get a complete new roof and they ll be the one I will be calling.

Few months after the a roof repair service to replace broken tiles and fix the caulking around skylight, a leak appeared. I've called, they came, checked, tried to blame my not before leaking skylight, tried to sell me more services and never returned. Don't ever hire this company. I wouldn't trust them even to fix the mess they made to my not before leaking roof.

I had a very stubborn roof leak. Two other companies "fixed" it over the past 4 years but it was still leaking. I decided to hire a new company. Chase was the first to call me. The price was reasonable and they showed up on time. They made sure that the roof was fixed properly before collecting the final payment. They even painted some bare wood trim that the other (4 times more expensive) roofing company left unpainted. Very professional and competent. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a roof repair.

Hired and sent crew that did not know what they were doing (were about to blow insulation without protecting soffit screens, would have blocked all attic air flow=didaster). Before they started, I complained and Chase was very responsive and sent another crew that did a great job.

Did not proceed with project as Advised by Chase since there was nothing wrong with roof.

I contracted with John Chase. In my estimation, John, his support staff and workers did a great job for me in my time of need. He and his staff performed their task in the most professional manner. The job was performed in the most professional manner and when we hit an obstacle he had back up staff that attended to the job, making it a pleasure to deal with him. John and Chase Roofing attended to every facet of the job, including sending me an interior cleaning staff for an area that became dirty through no fault of his. A wooden ceiling area that we both thought to be tongue and groove was board on board allowing some debris to filter into living space. The situation was IMMEDIATELY addressed by him and his staff, sending me cleaning personnel for the better part of a day at his expense. The outside area after his workers left was as clean as before the job was started. All roof debris policed and disposed of. I highly recommend anyone who is contimplating a Roof Project to hire this truely professional contractor for your project. You will be glad you did.

I haven't used yet but I met with John Chase, the owner. John was gracious enough to point out that I didn't need a new roof (because it's a metal patio roof, not a permanent structure) and that I should have requested a patio company but he said he'd take a look for us and see what he could do. After observing conditions he said the roof just needed a few tweaks, not a complete replacement. Very nice guy.

John Chase (President) personally inspected my roof and gave me a fair estimate. Further, I had another roofing company threaten and scare me into a contract, against my better judgment, and John Chase, his wife and attorney, all assisted me in being released from this contract. This company has earned my trust for life. I have contracted with them for my roof, and every step of the process ahs been easy with their assistance. I will use them for other contracting needs for my home, and have already recommended them to my friends and neighbors.
