Bret has been involved in the remodeling industry since the late 90s, specializing in windows in the early 2000s. Tom's journey in the window industry began during his high school days in the early 90s. After 2 days I received a quote.
I called Tom back to confirm that I wanted the work done.
Tom came back to re-measure the window and made sure we had all the details covered.
I wanted the window to be installed quickly to meet my deadline and they were able to install it on time.
I've dealt before with 2 other contractors that performed very poorly, and as an Architect I'm detail oriented and have high expectations.
I was happy to learn that BNT trains their installers on the latest codes and methods of installation.
BNT did a great job!

I have never been more impressed and satisfied with a company in a long time. The owner met with me within a few days and we completed the deal on the spot. I was advised when the crew was to begin, and when they would arrive. They arrived on time and ready to work. They were courteous and did an excellent job from the removal of the old doors and the installation of the new ones, not to mention the complete clean up during and at the end of the job. Chris was our sales representative from BNT and he was the first person we spoke with and the first to provide a quote - a VERY detailed quote that I requested. He was knowledgeable and prepared for our appointment which he made within a day or two of my call. He was genuine, sincere, and cared about our needs making thoughtful recommendations. He was also proud of his product and company. I had mixed experiences with the other companies I called; one never called me back, two came out but never got a quote to me (necessitating looking for other companies), two were good (one of which was Lowe's). During the many months that this process took, Chris demonstrated extreme patience. He would call and email from time to time to check up on us, but he was never pushy. Finally, we felt that the PGT product was better than the products offered by the other companies, however our concern between BNT and Lowe's was that we felt if there was a problem, Lowe's would be there in the future. We wanted to work with Chris despite this hesitation so we called PGT directly to find out what would happen if BNT went out of business. They told us exactly what Chris told us - PGT itself ALSO stands behind their product and they would make certain any issues were resolved.
The scheduled date of installation was honored. Having had poor experiences with contractors in the past, BNT was very accommodating in signing the Lean Waivers and Worker's Compensation documents I requested they sign prior to starting the job. Gino led a crew of 3 and he was terrific. In fact, the first day of our job one of his workers called in sick. I called Chris in a panic because given the size of the job I felt that having only 2 workers would really put the job behind. Chris himself came out to help with the installation for the entire day! I think that's pretty awesome - a salesperson who actually KNOWS enough about what they are selling to help with the installation! The entire job was completed in 3 days - 7 sliding doors, 10 windows, and one front door with skylight. Gino and his crew worked carefully and thoroughly. They covered all of our furniture and tables, etc., and they cleaned up REALLY well every day - especially the last day. They were friendly, informative and very competent.
Our experience was great - up to and including the inspection which passed due to Randy's help. Every person we met connected with BNT was sincere and was interested in our satisfaction. I HIGHLY recommend doing business with this company. I trust I will feel the same way years from now should some issue arise. I will let you folks on Angie's List know what happens at that point!

The installers were great as they were very meticulous and professional. They were also very neat and clean. After the installation was complete a service man came back to double check all the windows and doors to see if there was any minor adjustments or touch up that was needed.
The windows and doors are great and I could not be happier . I strongly recommend BNT to anyone looking for Doors and windows .

quote. So, here we have a man who has the integrity to admit a mistake and has the business smarts to look after his business.
I got another quote from someone else - much more, but the guy was pulling discounts out his ear. Bad feeling. The next quote was more than twice BnT, but for an inappropriate product. Price is not the only thing. BnT has a good product and gave me a good feeling about what kind of job they would do.
Marc and Bill arrived on time. I had draped things in sheets. They added additional plastic drop cloths. They were quick, careful, focused, and friendly. The windows fit perfectly. I felt sufficiently comfortable with them that I left them alone to go do an errand. It took longer than I expected and when I returned, they had finished. When they had first arrived, I warned them that the front door was sticky and needed a little ?hip? action. While they were waiting for me, Marc fixed it. Sixteen years of a sticky front door AND THEY FIXED IT!!!! You cannot beat that for service. When I went to clean up after they went to their next job, discovered that they left my place cleaner than they found it. I was amazed at how little damage they did getting the old windows out and the new ones in. Nothing that 10 minutes with a paint brush won't fix.
The building inspector was expected the next day between 9 and noon. John, from BnT was here at 9. The building inspector arrived at 11 and John followed him around, with pictures of what was not visible. This guy was impressed!
I was in the process of refinancing my mortgage and ran into trouble about the open building permit. Absolutely ridiculous. I had the
choice of delaying the windows or the closing. I will be refinancing with a different bank. Barbara in the BnT office was most patient and helpful.
In 35 years of owning houses, I have never had an experience as good as I have had with BnT.

the work was booked in march and not done until july. the office lost the permit work, the windows arrived but could not be installed. it got to the point where I almost cancelled the order because the storm season had officially begun. I had a lot of trouble getting an installation date because my wife and I both work and after 4 I was told was too late and it took a while to find a Saturday.
when the installer arrived he had not been told by the office what time he could enter the property so he arrived at 8 am and was turned away because entry isn't until 9.
nor was I told that alarm contacts would not be reinstalled. that means I have to incur a $60 service charge for that. neither was I told what had to be moved out of the way and that it was my responsibility--a major oversight because having had neck surgery I am limited in what I can lift and carry.
all in all the communication between the office and the customer, the office and the installer was less than satisfactory.
it should be noted however that the installers were excellent, good technicians and gentlemen.

- Brett, one of the owner was extremely responsive and made an appointment to measure the windows as soon as I purchased the deal on Angies List. He delivered the windows when he said he would and was very responsive in providing me the necessary product approvals for the permitting process.
Ezra Lalli was the installer who came out to install the windows. Due to the age of my home and older windows, the installation took him several hours longer than it would typically. He really did not complain or try to nickle and dime me and just went about demoing out the old windows, cleaning up the broken glass and professionally installing the new windows. I asked that he take care not to damage my alarm wires and he took special care to ensure that the wires were in tact after this job was done. He even cleaned up after himself both the inside and exterior. This was the one time I didn't have to take a broom and mop after a contractor did work in my home. I highly recommend both Brett and Ezra.

Ezra and his assistant Manny installed the windows. They did an outstanding job. I couldn't be more pleased! They arrived right on time and got right to work. By lunchtime my beautiful new windows were installed and they look amazing. They were very professional and polite, also extremely neat and careful and left my home spotless. Ezra was very meticulous with his work and I appreciated his attention to every detail. He made sure everything was perfect. Once the windows were installed he walked around the house with me and showed me each one and made sure I was happy with them. He explained how to operate them, remove the screens, etc. I was very impressed with his work and his work ethic. Both Ezra and Manny did an incredible job!
My experience with BNT Services not only met my expectations but far exceeded them. I plan to purchase 6 more windows in the future and most likely after that some new doors and will definitely use BNT again!
