I have never been more impressed and satisfied with a company in a long time. The owner met with me within a few days and we completed the deal on the spot. I was advised when the crew was to begin, and when they would arrive. They arrived on time and ready to work. They were courteous and did an excellent job from the removal of the old doors and the installation of the new ones, not to mention the complete clean up during and at the end of the job. the work was booked in march and not done until july. the office lost the permit work, the windows arrived but could not be installed. it got to the point where I almost cancelled the order because the storm season had officially begun. I had a lot of trouble getting an installation date because my wife and I both work and after 4 I was told was too late and it took a while to find a Saturday.
when the installer arrived he had not been told by the office what time he could enter the property so he arrived at 8 am and was turned away because entry isn't until 9.
nor was I told that alarm contacts would not be reinstalled. that means I have to incur a $60 service charge for that. neither was I told what had to be moved out of the way and that it was my responsibility--a major oversight because having had neck surgery I am limited in what I can lift and carry.
all in all the communication between the office and the customer, the office and the installer was less than satisfactory.
it should be noted however that the installers were excellent, good technicians and gentlemen.
