Description of Work: I have purchased three deals from them and ended up replacing almost all of my windows and a couple of doors. Great quality and a fair price. They did an excellent job.

Description of Work: BNT did a very good job installing sliders and windows in my house. Bret is super-professional--responds quickly, shows up on time, and follows through right until the very end of the job. I had a slight issue with the work team itself but Bret assures me that this has been taken care of since I used them. I spent a significant amount of time interviewing different companies, so I pretty much knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. Bret gave me a great deal and made the whole process very easy. Thanks BNT, and Angie's List for helping me find them!

Description of Work: ON 5-8-15,John S Measured my patio for impact sliders.He said the estimate would be e-mailed to me on Sat.5-9-15,it was not. Mon. 5-11-15 I called John and left a message,I spoke to two different ladies they said someone would call me. The second lady said she would speak with John personally about my estimate.It is now 8:00PM still no call and still no estimate.What a way to run a company. I guess they do not want my business.How did this company get all the "A"????

Description of Work: They replaced three of my bay windows with hurricane windows. My cockatoo had been pulling out the edging on my old windows, so I thought this was the time for us to get better protected. They were very efficient, their price did not change, and they were very professional and friendly.

Description of Work: Four security windows. BNT services did a fantastic job for us! We were cautious at first but BNT arranged with a client for us to visit a job in progress. It was perfectly done. The client gave BNT rave reviews. And we saw with our own eyes the quality of the product and of the install and the professionalism with which they handled the job, down to the impeccable cleanup. We were convinced at once and were delighted with BNT. They are truly THE BEST! We will use them again and recommend them highly.

Description of Work: The installation was outstanding! The team of installers is top notch very professional, courteous and always with a smile on ALL the faces. What impressed me is the plan of attack they used to map out the take down of the exisiting older windows and meticulous installation of the new ones. Each had a role and it was seamless and clean. The covered everything. They are very thourough, and its apparent they love what they do and take pride in it. I must admit, I have not seen such a well oiled team of Sea Bee type individuals since Afghanistan. I highly recommend the product and installation. Well worth the wait of installation. As a matter of fact, I want to buy more. But the challenge is getting someone to answer the phone or return calls or texts except for the main office lady, Barbara. She is a sweet heart and seems to be very organized and keeps everything going. Steve was great and well Tom and Brett, the owners are good people as well, but they are probably some of the most busiest individuals in Florida. Either that or they have more customers than they can handle. What a problem to have. A superb product, a superb installation team, a great price, and so much business, I can't even get them to provide an estimate for more windows. Regardless, of that, the bottomline is that at least I got to install 7 solid and elegant windows which I can't stop looking at, I just wish I could buy more. Highly recommend. | |

Description of Work: The crew showed up on time at approximately 8:30am and worked steadily all day leaving at approximately 7:30pm. The removed 3 sliding glass doors, one of which was very large. They installed impact sliders in all 3 openings. The installation went very smoothly and the crew was detailed and thorough. The stucco repair was very minimal and the work was exceptional. There was very little touchup painting to do afterward. This was just a spectacular job! Thanks you for such beautiful doors installed to perfection!

Description of Work: We had 1 large and 2 extra large picture style windows replaced with their Solar Impact Resistant windows. I had been wanting this done for a very long time but when I saw the BnT Big Deal offer I decided to check it out. I was so glad I did. They were a pleasure to work with from estimate to installation and inspection. Several of my neighbors have already admired the new look and we are loving the difference these fabulous windows have made. The whole house is brighter and more beautify. From the time they arrived and set up the first scaffolds to completion and clean-up, every member of the crew were confident, courteous, and professional. They left the house in perfect order and even repaired the front door moulding that was already previously loosened before their arrival. I plan to use them in the future, so that eventually I can replace all my windows and sliding doors with BnT's fantastic energy efficient solar impact resistant windows. They are the BEST.
