We called this morning and they came put this afternoon. Brian was actually 5 minutes early for the appointment.
He inspected our roof, identified the problem, explained how the problem arose and offered multiple solutions to our problem. He suggested a simple and cost effective solution. He also said that if the problem reoccurred, he would credit today's payment to the cost of a more involved solution.
Prompt, professional, thorough and very friendly !! What more could you ask?

Brian was running a little behind from his previous appointment. He called me approx. 30min before my appointment to advise me that he was on his way but may be 10min late. It was not a problem and I believe he was on time when he arrived anyway. He introduced himself when he arrived, clearly explained his services, then got to work. I showed him where I had two small leaks that were showing on the ceiling. He said  the placement of the leaks suggested something that could be easily rectified. When he came down from the roof, he took time to explain what was going on with my 23 year old Spanish tile roof. He also took pictures of what his findings were while up there. He said he was able to address the areas where he felt the roof leak was coming from and how to check to make sure the leaks were indeed fixed next time it rained hard. This was part of the service I purchased. There was no additional charge. He also advised me on how to touch up the ceiling stain left by the leak. He then told me that he felt I had another 3-4 years left on my roof. It did not need to be replaced now but it was time to start saving up for that expense. At no time did Brian try to sell me any additional services which were not needed. No sales pitch, no scare tactics, just an honest appraisal of my roof's condition. Exactly what I was hoping for. When the time comes for us to replace our roof, I will definitely call Bentley Roofing first. They've earned my trust and my business.

The worker was extraordinarily well groomed for a tradesman. He took before-and-after pictures of the work done and shared them with me as he explained the actions completed. His demeanor was professional and polite. I have recommended this company to two of my neighbors who are in the market for new roofs.

Brian Budd was the person that came for the inspection and repairs. He was very professional and provided thorough report. Besides taking care of needed repairs, he gave me realistic assessment of (tile) roof condition. He took several pictures, and was patient in taking long time to explain options; even recommended alternatives for replacement of gutters (even though they don't do that work!). He is very knowledgeable and good communicator. This house is recent purchase for us in Hollywood Lakes. We don't have permits or record of when it was installed, but he was able to estimate age of roof by materials and the installation technique. He gave me a short term maintenance plan and will also provide quote for full replacement. Would definitely strongly consider them for any future work.

After having my tile roof cleaned, I learned that there were several cracked tiles and a few loose ones that needed to be fixed.  I saw that Angie?s List had a ?Big Deal? available for a roof inspection that included minor repairs, so I took advantage of the discounted price offered by Bentley Roofing.
I was contacted by Brian Budd, a Project Manager for Bentley Roofing, and we arranged a date and time for the inspection.  Brian arrived on time (actually, a few minutes early, which is very unusual for South Florida contractors) and he explained in detail what he was going to do during the inspection and the repairs he would make, if needed.  I joined Brian on the roof during the inspection and he showed me the loose tiles that he found and also several of the cracked tiles.  Fortunately, none were damaged enough to require replacement.  He said that the roof was in overall good condition and should not need replacement for several more years.  We then went back down to his truck where he gathered the repair materials he needed and he returned to the roof and made the repairs.
Brian is a knowledgeable fellow about roofing, having been in the business for several years.  I asked a lot of questions about roofing materials used for tile roofs and he provided detailed, informative answers.  My experience with this roof inspection was very good and when the time comes for a new roof or other repairs, Brian will be my first call.

I purchased thie Big Deal for a roof inspection which included minor repairs to damaged and/or loose tile. I heard from Brian with Bentley Roofing the day after I purchased the deal. We set an appointment for Friday, November 15th at 1PM, two days post purchase of the service. Brian showed up at the appointed day and time. Brian was extremely cordial, personable, and very professional. He walked my roof and performed a host of repairs and took pictures to show me what took place during his visit. He explained everything in great detail to me and provided some helpful yet important tips and information as to the care and maintenance of my roof. He was very thorough and queried me several times throughout the service to see if I understood everything and if I had any questions.
It was extremely refreshing to have a South Florida contractor meet at the appointed time and who actually took the time to be as thorough and comprehensive as Brian was. If all South Florida contactors could adopt Brian's professionalism and skill set, life as most of us have come to know would be a much improved and welcomed change.

I contacted Bentley Roofing through a special on Angieslist. We agreed to an inspection for Wed. Nov. 6, 2013. Brian arrived a little early which was okay.  He introduced himself and gave me a business card.  He explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. After about 25-30 minutes Brian reported what he had found.  I found him to be professional, extremely knowledgeable of the field and there was no sale pushing involved.
He said my roof still has a few good years left, somewhere between 2 to 3 years.  Brian made some comments on my surrounding neighbors roof coniditons where he compared theirs to mine.  There were some good examples to compare too.  I asked him a lot of questions and one was about the white paint being advertised to reflect sunlight and preserve shingle roofing.  If I have any future problems, I most certaintly will call Bentley Roofing for a consultation.

Brian was great, and even helped fix a leak on the spot that I've been struggling with for years. He really went above and beyond.I have had several people try to fix the issue, but Bentley was helpful and honest. they were on time, pleasant, and got the work done quickly during my lunch hour. Would hire them again in a heartbeat.

From start to finish the communication with Bentley Roofing was extremely professional. Mike Devaney, (owner) was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He had a variety of choices of roofing to pick from; and explained to me the quality and styles of each selection. His crews were very friendly, clean, and did there work in a very timely manner. Overall, it was a pleasure doing business with Bentley Roofing.

We had contacted three companies for quotes during our initial search.  The sales person at Bentley Roofing was ontime, professional and provided the best price.  He communicated very well and provided all the answers to our questions throughout the process.  The roofing crew that was sent out to our house did a great job and cleaned up very well after each visit.
