Very professional and work completed in a timely manner.

Brian is the most knowledgeable rep I have had see my roof. I have had 5 companies in last 5 yrs. Brian took hours to troubleshoot with hoses and moisture meter and finally found the real issue. Also saved me $ on additional repairs I thought I needed but turned out to be landscape draining issues. He found a very clogged gutter in a hard to reach area high up. He cleaned it out immediately and thoroughly, in 90 degree sun, for free! Because he said it will cause problems if left unattended. He was covered in sweat but still willing to talk roofs as long as I needed. Will only go to Bentley after the impression left by Brian. Oh, the crew, hard working polite guys that left the place spotless after they worked.

The installers were very nice. Had a little language problem but they finished on time. However after a heavy rain one area still had a problem. I called Luis the salesman but their was a lack of communication as he never called back. I then called the office and it has been a week and they never called back. We have a tile roof and it leaks on the outside. Update 12-16-2020 ---The contractor did come back and I think fix the issue but I will not till know till it rains!

I hired Bentleyâ  s roofing to replace my roof back in March 2020. After receiving estimates from other companies, I decided to go with Bentleyâ  s because the sales rep Ricardo, was very professional, patient, courteous and explained everything in full. I expressed to him that I needed the roof to be completed in a timely manner and he, Rudy (the Project Manager) and their team, made sure this was done. After the heavy rains in November which caused flooding in many areas, I noticed a leak in one of the rooms. I emailed Ricardo and Rudy, and within 24 hours Rudy responded and said his workers will be out the next day. They did not waste anytime and by 8:00am , Rudy and his workers were at my door. Ivan went into the attic and was able to locate what was causing the leak and they immediately fixed the problem. This is what I call customer service!!!! Thank you Ricardo, Rudy, Carlos, Ivan and the rest of the Bentleyâ  s team that worked on my roof. I am one happy customer!!!
