All My Sons Moving & Storage

Not very professional. They were not clear about the scope of the work.

One of the movers was not paying attention and one of my nightstands rolled off the truck and was destroyed after falling onto the sidewalk. I filed a claim. Almost two months later All My Sons offered me $30. Are you kidding me?

They were great. On time for appt, took very good care of my furniture especially my 100 yeR ild china cabinet. I hope i don’t move again but if i do I will definitely call them again. Thanks guys!

Best experience we have ever had moving - was nervous moving stuff from one state to another but these guys took care of everything and made the move so much easier. Very respectful movers. What an amazing experience! They were on time. All 3 movers were absolutely patient, respectful, considerate, well mannered and hard working. Despite long hours, the rain and finding out my AC was not working new place, the movers didn t skip a beat and never once complained. My daughters said they made the move so much less stressful. Workers were amazing - I couldn't finish packing on my own - and they jumped in with a smile, great attitude that reduced my stress level, and just pitched in and helped, and finished quicker than any move I've ever had (over 10 moves). Amazing men!

They were great. The only reason I gave a 3 rating on the value was because I ended up moving much more than I contracted for and I felt there should have been a price adjustment out of courtesy

We relocated our office locally and All My Sons provided great service. They offered us a very easy-to-understand fixed price quote when the job estimator was on-site. They were very flexible in letting us set our moving date (our build-out contractor had issues getting final inspections and permits, consequently we had to reschedule a couple of times.) Every call was answered in a cheerful manner. We have a number of VERY heavy fire-proof file cabinets -- All My Sons sent a second crew to help load the cabinets on to the truck and sent another crew to help offload them. The fixed price quote covered the additional crews -- no questions asked. The crews arrived on time, were professional, friendly, courteous -- and nothing being moved was damaged. Aside from one minor chip to a baseboard, there were absolutely no problems. We would use All My Sons again and highly recommend them.

Careless, wreckless, so much furniture damage from them not wrapping and securing our belongings. I'd give them no stars if I could. We will be taking legal action.
