Exceptionable. Far exceeded my expectations. I started off trying to understand Honeywell's AlarmNet 360 and learned that Honeywell is NOT VERY friendly or helpful to even knowledgeable DIY homeowners. I contacted Alarm Grid and they were simply overwhelmingly helpful. I bought the controller from them and signed up for an AlarmNet account for $10 per month and they just took over and helped me with EVERYTHING. The tech guy Jorge _ was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I cannot explain in an email how helpful and supportive they were. Jorge went in and fixed issues that I had had for ten years. Unbelievable. If you are looking for alarm equipment or their broad range of monitoring options YOU MUST CHECK Alarm Grid out. I am an actual new user of Alarm Grid and I cannot explain how supportive and responsive they are. Just check out how responsive their CHAT session is. Great job Alarm Grid

First class company that is always responsive to any and all questions regarding my monitoring and alarm system.

This provider is an authorized Honeywell and Home Connect authorized dealer.  Most of my alarm and automation parts were purchased before I had a relationship with the company.  This review is for the excellent service I received from Alarm Grid.  All of my dealings with this company has been with Sterling Donnelly.  Anytime (and I am talking quite a few times), Sterling has helped me get connected and with programming of my system.  My system is a Vista 21ip with both wired and wireless sensors.  I buy self monitoring from Alarm Grid and completely monitor my system via Total Connect using SMS and Push notifications to my wireless devices (iPad, iPhone, etc.).  Anytime that I encountered an error with my programming or need help adding devices, all I need to do is send Sterling an email and he replies promptly (must of the time in mins or hours).  Just yesterday I had a problem with my wireless Ademco Smoke Detectors.  If I would purposely set them off with smoke to test them, the detectors would sound an alarm, however it wouldn't activate my sirens and talk to my keypads.  Sterling connected to my panel within an hour of sending my email and just fixed it, then emailed me back and told me exactly what I did wrong with the programming, and told me how to program it myself if I decide to add more detectors in the future.  Let me say and I am totally be honest with you...  I DO NOT WRITE REVIEWS.  I DO NOT TALK TO TELEMARKETERS so me writing this review is because of my satisfaction with Sterling and business.  If you need any alarm parts or monitoring for your alarm, I recommend you go with Alarm Grid.  I feel so blessed that I found this company.  It was just by chance in searching the Internet.  Oh let me mention something else, Sterling has several You Tube videos that walk you step by step in setting up various parts of the Honeywell Alarm System.  I have to say, I watch a lot of these videos.  I found most to be very helpful.  Alarm Grid offers full monitoring and self monitoring packages.  I purchased the self monitoring and automation package.  I have total control of my system (which I love) and it is very reliable.  By the way, good luck in finding a company that provides self monitoring.  The plans are very reliable and you are billed monthly.  There is no pressure and no contracts.  This is an honest to god true review.  Take my word for it.  Try it.  You can't go wrong.
