Gerald Simmons, the owner of 3N1, and his assistant Rudolfo arrived right on time. I'd never had the tile professionally cleaned, but cleaned it myself -- -hours on hands and knees with a grout brush. The tile always turned out clean, but the grout remained old and dingy gray and I thought I was stuck with that.
Boy, was I wrong. Using a single tile, Gerald and Rudolfo showed me what the result of cleaning would be and then the result of staining the grout. Suddenly, my circa 1979 tile looked like new. We agreeed on the price and Geraldo and Rudolpho went right to work First they swept the floors, then mopped them and cleaned them with a solution. Then the staining began--each and every grout line with a paint brush.  The tile is off white and we chose the antique white grout stain at Gerald's suggestion. It is a perfect match. The rooms look brighter and sunnier just by virtue of the glowing floors. This may well be the best $700 I've ever spent.
All together the nearly 500 sq feet (office, three hallways, laundry area and kitchen) took about five hours. They gave the grout in the kitchen a second coat of stain for durability, mopped up afterwards, put everything back where it belonged and even found a fork I'd been looking for behind the refrigerator!
The stain should last four years or so, but 3N1 can come in annually and clean and retouch so it will last much longer. i definitely plan to have them do that and will have them back even sooner, since they also clean carpets!

My experience was great. I spent $327 over. He was very easy to get a hold of, they were prompt, they gave me a different options upfront, there was no pressure, very professional and very nice. I don't really have anything to compare to but I felt it was a very fair price.

Gerald, owner, responded to my phone requests to schedule carpet cleaning before I purchased Angies List Big Deal in order to work within my time frame. Unfortunately he was delayed on another job and unable to keep my original appointment, which he did communicate to me. He re-scheduled for a time convenient to me and was at the job on time with his assistant. They worked efficiently and effectively and cleaned all carpets well. I was happy with service and would use his company again.

The owner, Gerald, and his associate called 30 minutes before arriving and arrived at the stated time. He and his associate were professional and treated my home with extraordinary care. They moved all furniture before providing service and returned all furniture and rugs after completing job. 
The tile floors now look like they did 4 years ago when they were installed. All of the dirt from the grout lines and the indentations (I would probably not choose tumbled marble floors again) are gone. The carpets and drapes look brand new. 
Gerald also gave me advice on maintaining the floors between deep cleanings. 
I am very satisfied and highly recommend 3N1 Services.

I made an appointment with Gerald of 3N1 approx. two weeks in advance.  He called the day before our appointment to confirm.
The next day he again called when he was on his way.  They arrived exactly on time.  He worked effectively with his assistant.
They cleaned all four pieces of furniture and provided further instructions to help maintain the future appearance of the furniture.
The price was fare and the service was exellent.  I would highly recommend Gerald and 3N1 services.

It was a very good experience. I'm so glad I bought the coupon.  I called Gerald and we set up an appointment for the following day.  I told him what I needed done, he did not pressure me to do any"extras" That I really like about him.  He was very professional and friendly.  I felt extremely comfortable with him being in my home.  We scheduled a time for him to come around my work schedule which I really appreciated.  I am so pleased with the work he did.  My kitchen floor was awful, now it looks so much better.  I will not hesitate to call him when I need my floors done again.  I've given out his card to others, thats how pleased I am with him and his work

I saw that the company had a coupon for carpet cleaning . Once the coupon was purchased the owner phoned me and asked when I would like the carpets cleaned.  We made an appointment and we were very impressed with him.  They were punctual, professional and did a great job.  Gerald the owner also does grout cleaning and gave me a demonstration cleaning the grout and/or staining the grout with a color.  It was amazing and definitely will make an appointment for Gerald to do this job..

The service was excellent. I have 1,000 square feet of Mexican tile. The previous owner installed the tile about 20 years ago and then put a horrible stain on the tile. The floors were never properly cared for over the years so, the floors were flaking and everything that touched the floors made scratch marks. It took 3N1 about 11 hours to move all the furniture, do the floors, and then replace all the furniture.

I used an Angie's Deal... provider showed up and transformed the carpets on our 2nd floor.

3N1 showed up, review the options, demonstrated the staining process, assisted in picking out the best match stain, and proceeded to transform our (entire) 1st floor to almost new looking.

First all furniture was moved. Than the tile was acid washed and dried.  The grout was than painted.  Finally the furniture than placed back.

We were getting ready to close on a house and needed to have the floors refinished prior to moving our furniture into the house.  The floors were in really bad shape and had been neglected for a while.  I found Gerald on Angie's List.  Unlike a couple other companies I called Gerald had a "can do" attitude from the start. I explained over the phone what we needed, gave him the only date that would work and he made it happen.  His team showed up on time, did great work and finished on time.  For having never met Gerald personally this is definitely one man and one company you can trust.  I will be using his company again when the floors need a touch up.

Great service, great personnel and great price.  Gerald (owner) responded immediately to my phone call regarding setting up an appointment for service.  He was on time and did a fantastic job in sealing our new tile grout.  The tile floor was recently installed, but the grout did not contain any type of sealing agent (which my contractor, Majestic Constructors/from Angie's List  told me it didn't need)  :(    I soon realized if water (or any liquid) was spilled on the new surface it immediately soaked into the grout.   I went back to Angie's list and found 3 in 1 Services and Gerald.....  so glad I did.    All of the tile was cleaned and sealed using high grade professional products in three to four hours.   Great to find a service provider with high standards!

Overall very good. The owner, Gerald Simmons was very professional and explained all options and pricing ahead of time. He did a very thorough job. When we decided not to move all the furniture and do a smaller area he adjusted the price accordingly.

Called for an estimate and owner came to my house within a few days. He was punctual, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me an estimate for various combinations of services and jobs, as I have marble, Jerusalem stone and porcelain tile in various rooms and in various conditions. He was patient and helpful as we discussed the possibilities and pros and cons of them, including color seal for the grout vs. clear seal on the different types of flooring. I hired 3N1 to do the Jerusalem stone and marble only. On the day scheduled for the job, the owner and his coworker showed up on time, and were again helpful, courteous, friendly and professional. When they finished cleaning with the machine, I asked them to hand clean near the cabinet bases where the machine missed, and they did so happily. They did not move on to the next step until I was satisfied and did not leave until I was happy with the entire job. They did an excellent job, and they are scheduled to do my porcelain tile later this month. I am very happy with their work.

Gerald called me several times to tell me why he couldn't arrive on time.  This was the day that it was raining so hard that the hospital had to relocate their 1st floor patients.  I could certainly understand why he was having a hard time.  He called to say that they were stuck at the last house because of the heavy rain, they couldn't get their equipment of the house and into their truck,  When he finally arrived, they came in and got right to work.  He showed me how much square footage I had bought on my "Angie's List" coupon.  We discussed how much extra it would cost for other areas.  We settled on a price for the additional laundry room.  Afterward, I asked what I should use to clean the floor.  He mentioned a product and where to buy it.  He also said that he had some on his truck that I could buy, which I did.
When I found out the price I would ordinarily pay for what he did, I was very pleased that I purchased mine on Angie's List.  I got a really great deal.  They did a wonderful job.
