Excellent job! Gerald and Mark were here 6 hours for this job.

My 12 inch tile is 22 years old and is shiny and smooth.

The floors look like new or perhaps even better.  They moved all the furniture and replaced everything.

They said because it was worn it would not come out to look like new, but it was an expensive carpet so I decided to take a chance and get it cleaned.   I felt it would come out nice if it was cleaned,  I told them I just want it clean.  There was a large stain and  where the walking had been done, really ground in dirt.  When they finished, the large stain was gone as was the ground in walked area of dirt.  It looks like new. The  carpet came back to new like appearance and didn't have the worn marks, it was just ground in dirt.  I also had an area rug which was not in their contract to clean so they offered to clean it at a small price, which I had done, it was worth it to me, it came out beautiful, love it, love both of the  cleaning jobs.

Gerald is a true professional and did the best cleaning job ever. A big plus was that there were no pipes dragging through the house as with other carpet cleaners I have used. The whole experience was a pleasure.  I highly recommend 3N1 and will definitely use him again.

I was very impressed with the level of professionalism from this company.  They were very punctual and reasonably priced.  After initial meeting with 3N1, I met with other contractors to get pricing.  3N1 was the most competitive.  When I called to schedule the appointment I was worried 3 days notice was too short.  They were willing to accomodate me and made changes to their schedule in order to come out to my house to do the job. This was something I really appreciated (since the floors was the last thing we needed done before we could move into our house).  On the day of the service, there were 2 workers that came out.  They were very well mannered.  They completed the job as promised and my floors look great.  I would definitely use them again in the future.  Thanks 3N1 for my great floors, your flexibility and competitive price.

The team arrived as scheduled at 8AM, proceeded to perform their tasks until completion around 6:30PM.

After near completion, they revisited all the areas of work to confirm it was done to theirs & our satisfaction.

They re-cleaned a couple of tough floor areas, and then picked up all their equipment, and neatly left all

areas of work in beautiful condition. It was a great experience to have such professionals perform their

tasks as well as 3N1 Services.

I was expecting them to only to the counter tops, but he also polished the splash guard and a small coffee table.

I am very satisfied with the provider and could use it again. They arrived late but kept me appraised of the time they were coming.

Provider came in and cleaned, polished  and sealed granite, my tenant was very happy with manners and attitude.

He was punctual, personable and professional.  He  did the work quickly and the countertops are gleaming.  All in all, we are very satisfied with the work. We highly recommend 3N1.

Gerald was very courteous.  He was running a bit late and called to let me know, which gave me time to run another errand, rather than sit and wait for him.  Much appreciated. 
He went right to work when he arrived and cleaned all the carpets, as requested.  I was very happy with the work he did.  I did notice the next morning that a spot that he had cleaned seemed to reappear once the carpet dried.  It was very strange, because it was not there after he cleaned it and it was still wet.  I called to let him know and he said he would come back to take a look and redo that area.
Wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.

In the home at 8:30 with 5 people and out by 4 pm with everything back in place.
We have two cats and two dogs and I was not at home at the time and they made sure they were safe too!
You would think we just installed new tile thoughout our 1500 + square foot home.
We had it done because we are getting the home ready to sell and the grout had not been cleaned (except of my perodic attempts) for 10 years. I still can't believe how great the floors look. 
I wished we would have know about Gerald's business years ago so we could enjoy the home more. 
If you want you tile to look brand new your a fool to call anyone else by 3N1.

Bought the 89.00 tile and grout deal, was just trying to do something so i wouldn't have to pull up the floor until the winter. Gerald Simmons showed me that by painting the grout after the tile and grout were cleaned I could get years out of this floor. He showed me on my kitchen floor how they do it. He was right. I went ahead and let him do not only the kitchen but all the living area tile except for the 3 bedrooms also tile but not as bad. They worked hard for quite sometime and when finished it looked like someone elses floor. He was right. He also cleaned two other bedrooms and a bath as a bonus. I never saw this floor looking this good since I bought this home in 1991.

Gerald came to our home to give us an estimate and to see if he could take care of a water stain on our kitchen top.

He made no promises but tried. He did an excellent job! We asked him to come back and buff and polish the rest of the kitchen tops and well as our breakfast table. He was to return couple weeks later per our request at 8:00 am. He ran late and did not call, I called him. I understood reason ,but would have appreciated a call first. Again he did an excellent job and threw in a freebie for being late. 

He is very professional and very nice. Will hire him in the future to clean my tile.

I can't say enough about Gerald and his team. He is a knowledgeable, very professional, trustworthy service provider!! I had him come in to give me an estimate and enjoyed our interaction and his fair price so much that I asked him to do the job on the spot!!He called his team and 7 hours later they had transformed all my floors...WOW! LIKE NEW! His team took care to get every spot and stain and went above and beyond my expectations!! I purchased the Angie's list deal...great idea to save a little, but YOU WILL NOT REGRET CHOOSING 3N1!! Looking forward to having him do floor maintenance and upholstery cleaning in the near future.

My experience with them was good. They came and explain what they were going to do. They were courteous. They came in and took care of everything. They did not make any messes. They cleaned up.

Gerald and his team did a wonderful job. They responded quickly to our initial inquiry and were very pleasant to deal with.
We were initially a bit frustrated because they were supposed to start our job on a Thursday morning but couldn't get there until the end of the day. In fairness, Gerald called us early in the morning to explain the situation and very professionally modified our expectations for his arrival at the end of the day. We decided mutually to re-schedule for Saturday.
They arrived promptly in the morning and proceeded to work hard throughout the day. They did an excellent job cleaning grimy, caked on grout and tile in the three primary bathrooms of our new house. Gerald even added on a cleaning of a fourth bathroom as a "freebie" for being delayed on Thursday. It was not needed but was indeed a very kind gesture.
Overall, the quality and professionalism of this company is very strong. I really enjoyed working with them and would definitely use them again.

We were thinking about maybe resurfacing the bathroom tiles, but we have since changed our mind and we want to redo the bathroom. I thought they gave us a fair estimate when they came out. I believe that they were prompt. They were very nice and pleasant. He was professional. He came in, he did what we asked him to do, he looked at the bathroom and he gave us an estimate and he left.

Initially the provider set up an 8:30 a.m. time for Monday morning to give us an estimate.  Over the weekend he called to say they couldn't make it at 8:30 because they were finishing up a job and could we make it between 10:30 and 11:30 on Monday morning.  I said okay, but I had to leave for an appt. at noon.  Nobody showed up or called between 10:30 and 11:30.  By noon I left for my appt.  After my return, I received a phone call from the provider.  It was precisely 1:05 p.m.  I told him I was no longer interested in getting an estimate from his company since he was an hour and a half late in calling.  He apologized and said he mentioned that he would be late.  Yes, but he was the one to set up the new time, not me.  Then he said he didn't write it down.  All these things convinced me that this is not the company for me.  I'm very disappointed.  His company got good reviews and that is why I wanted to get an estimate.  Being a few minutes late, even half an hr., I can understand.  If the provider had said Monday morning was not good after all, perhaps he could have suggested another day.

Needed to get the floors (rug/tile) cleaned before moving in to a new house.  Gerald walked thru the house while the painters were finishing up and left me a very detailed estimate. He also cleaned 2 sections of my tile so I could see the results of different processes before I made my decision. After I chose the job I needed - We booked for the next day. A previous job that day ran late and Gerald STILL came by and did the job even though it was after 5pm. I appreciate that he remembered we had a hard move in date! Great job by Gerald and his crew.

He arrived on time and explained the procedure. As estimate for services was given based on the square footage. He offered several options, but was not unpleasant or pushy. Work was completed in a timely manner. The work area was left very clean and they were very proficient and courteous.

From start to finish Clayton from 3N1 service was timely,professional and left our sun porch floor clean and shiny just as we had hoped. I was trying to schedule Clayton after all the other work was completed so I had to reschedule a few times. He was very professional and I would encourage anyone to use his services which also include carpet and furniture cleaning as well as flood restoration!
