The team from 3n1 were very professional and hard working. . My marble was very dull from a bad install and grout job. Grout haze like crazy... They Came in, heads down and worked hard , brought my marble to a brighter shine than when I purchased.. they Made sure I was happy with the job before departure. There was no rush to leave or any shortcuts taken. Would 10/10 recommend.

I hired 3N1 Services to clean & re-grout the shower in our master BR which was in bad shape & really needed to be done. Gerald promptly called me, came out the same day to give an estimate & to our delight, performed the much needed service the same day!!!! Gerald was a pleasure to work with & did a fantastic job. Our shower looks like new & I definitely recommend this company.

Gerald is professional in every sense of the word. He is dependable, capable, and communicative. He did a great job on my floor and my upholstery cleaning. The task at hand was challenging but he tackled it with no complaint and full competence. I would recommend him, as well as use his services again, without hesitation.

They left saying it didn't turn out great but still proceeded to charge us almost full price - knocked off $50. They were hard workers and very nice, but I'm less then satisfied with the scratched countertop they left me with

"This top was in horrible shape before we started, we had to do a heavy grinding on it to make it look decent. Looks way better , there are a few fine scraping it from the grinding. But customer wants it to look perfect? I am not sure the deal on this top, after not even 2 years the condition was horrible. We restore tops all of the time, and theres never any issues."

Pleasant enough to deal with; the work done was adequate but not much more than that; somewhat pricey for what was done, e.g., charged $400 for a shower stall that should not have been more than $100; they did return to do several areas that were missed. But work performed did not match up to the enthusiastic reviews written by others.

"Our reviews speak for themselves, our minimum to go out to do any work starts at $100, no reputable company will charge less than $100 for restoring a shower. You should look at the price of renovating a shower."
