As the owner and operator of Rescue Blinds I offer free measurements and quotes for any type of window blind desired excluding plantation shutters. I order my material from a manufacturer in Miami. My turn around time from the time the order is placed is about 7-10 days. I currently work as a professional firefighter and do most of home depot's window treatment installs.
