R&J solved an draining issue several other plumbers could not without having to remove my bathtub or open a section of wall. I was fully expecting to have to open a section of wall to remove a stuck object in the tub drain, however, R&J managed to get it cleared without having to do so. I would recommend R&J and will likely use them again.

I highly recommend R&J Plumbing. Their customer service is great and technicians are knowledgeable with the jobs. They got to the job on time and explained what needed to be done if the problem continued.

They came to fix the faucet with the wrong parts. Did not have a spare faucet or the tools to remove the old one. Struggled with it for an hour and wanted to charge me $150. Left us worse off than we were before we called. The technician was personable and friendly, however, he lacked the tools and spare parts to do the job satisfactorily. His management told him to charge us $150. In summary, they came, could not fix the problem, left a mess and charges us $150 (negotiated down to $100).

They are a great company. They are easy to work with and very professional. I use them for an assortment of issues.

Honest and on time, the gentleman that came to my house was professional and shared his knowledge with me. He checked my water heater and showed me what o need to look for and listen to. I would hire them again for all my plumbing needs.

Customer service was good & plumber was on time. Only thing I did not agree with was being charged $200 for a garbage disposal & kitchen sink faucet installation when (1) I had already previously removed the old disposal & part of the faucet, and (2) I had already purchased the new disposal & faucet so the only thing the plumber had to do with literally install. Took plumber about an hour to do the job and I was charged for 2 hours as he had to wait to be “approved” by my HOA- however, he/his office did not let me know there was an issue until an hour had passed when I called wondering when he was coming and was advised he was actually already there waiting on my HOA. Had this been communicated to me sooner, I would’ve been able to let let him right in instead of him waiting and me getting charged for an extra hour. Nonetheless, the job was done and I am satisfied with the outcome of the new garbage disposal and faucet installation.

I asked for them to investigate moisture in a closet and was told the estimate would be free. After an hour in the house and no idea what the problem was, the plumber said we should investigate the waste system with the camera and it would be $400. The fact that there was a charge to use the equipment and labor is not a complaint but after a couple of hours of investigation, the plumber stated he didn't have any idea what was causing the problem He ruled out the waste system but didn't offer what to do next. I needed a direction to go. When I attempted to use a discount coupon for the service provided, the plumber indicated that he couldn't take a discount on the use of the camera. He never provided a clear direction or offered an estimate to get at the cause.
