It would be a better world if everyone who owns a company would work as professional, effient and knowledgeable as Giselle the owner. I would also like to thank Fernanda and Norbert, who complete the Great teamwork I encountered!! I knew the old owners of R & J , they always treated me like family , but Giselle took it to a new level by fixing a permit issue I was facing with honesty, integrity and grace. If you are looking to hire a company that has good old fashion business sense with sound , fair and solid work, hire R & J , they are true professionals that made me feel like family. I was trying to tighten the connection to my washing machine and I broke the knob, call them he was out the next morning and I had to shut the water off to my house so it was important that got there they fixed it reasonable price

Once i submitted my request on here - they contacted me and quoted an hourly rate of $85 which i accepted and we set up a day for them to come. The morning they were supposed to be here -- 20 minutes before the appointment - the office called to say that there was an emergency and it needed to be rescheduled. I agreed and rescheduled for another day. The plumber arrived on that day on time-- but, he had no idea why he was there. This is even after the office asked me to call back and let them know what brand of toilets i had so the plumber would have to correct materials. The office never gave him that info. The plumber did the work - was here 20 minutes and after he left I looked closer at the invoice and realized i was billed $135 for labor - he was here 20 minutes. I called the office to discuss it - the office person said she would call me back. That was two weeks ago and I never heard another word. I would NEVER use these people -- thieves.

All the workers were very responsible and efficient. This was a shower removal with dry wall and floor tiling only. The contractor stuck to the original estimated price. There were no surprises.

the only problem that was encountered was the estimate said it was free and they charged $45 for the trip and the hour of service ahead of time but the service was great besides that
