Description of Work: I called because my LG french door refrigerator freezer compartment was not cooling. They came out promptly and explained the problem. A part had to be ordered. that was done and they came back and installed the part. Right after a relay burned out and caused no cooling in frig or freezer. They came right back and fixed the problem no charge.

Description of Work: In the end my dishwasher worked fine. I had paid $100 for a deposit on a part that I didn't need. They refunded me after a few phone calls, but they seemed honest & reputable. In the end I just paid $50 for the callout.

Description of Work: He was supposed to repair dryer.He said motor was no good and to by new dryer. This was not the problem. New dryer didn't heat, like old one, factory checked it and said it was the electric. Had Ed Helms come out took care of a simple problem and the was corrected. |
