Description of Work: I called on a Saturday for washing machine repair. The recording said we see your number we will call you back. I called again on Monday, and got the same message. I did get a call back, and I told the woman my LG front loader was not working properly. She told me the people that she would need to speak with were in a meeting, and they would call me back. Monday afternoon, I called Century Appliance since I still haven't heard back from Gunn. Problem solved quick and easy.
