Description of Work: I was ready to get rid of my 2 year old French door fridge because I had numerous repairs done by manufacturers warranty service company . But still fridge wasn’t cooling . About to give up and then I found Gunn appliance on Angie’s list . The folks at Gunn Appliance are the best service repair I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. From the first phone call for my appointment to the end of the service call went very smooth. When I called I was actually speaking to a human being no call center or voice prompts. Scott came out and pin pointed the problem with my fridge quickly and efficiently . Very very fair prices for honest and reliable service repair. The service pro calls 15-30 minutes out to let you know he’s on his way. Look forward to working with them again.

Description of Work: Gunn Appliance Service is truly amazing! How? By providing GREAT service to me, their customer. They answer the phone. They show up when expected. They call when they are on the way. They are knowledgeable. They are friendly. They are efficient. They are COVID compliant. They are honest. They are fairly priced. It doesn’t get better than that. Description of Work: Scott came out to look over broken dishwasher . He was very courteous over the phone and in person . On time and even called when he was on his way to give an ETA. Unfortunately my dishwasher was on the older side and too many things were broken, therefore we opted to buy a new one. I paid the $65 service call fee , which Scott informed me about before he came out. Any future repairs on appliances , I will be calling Gunn Appliance Repair. Honest , great prices , dependable and super nice!

Description of Work: Scott came on Monday and diagnosed what was wrong (fan stopped working). He said he had to order the replacement part and that it would take about a week for the part to come in. I gave him a check for the down payment to confirm I wanted him to repair my fridge. I completely understood that the part issue was something that was not in his control and I had to wait. I received a call the following Wednesday evening (2 days after he came) that the part came in and he would come Thursday morning to repair it. He came and repaired it. Within an hour, my fridge is working better than before. To quote Scott, he under-promised and way over-delivered. I am very satisfied and very highly recommend this company for your appliance repair needs.

Description of Work: Scott contacted me soon after requesting my Angie’s list quote. He showed up later that day and after a quick look determined that my drain line was freezing up. Said he could fix on the spot. An hour later, work complete and all back to normal. Very reasonably priced! Highly recommend Scott. Description of Work: Scott answered the phone right away. I was able to schedule an appointment that day. He called before he arrived. Was very thorough and explained everything through out the process. He gave us very fair estimate. The part shook be ready to install with in the week. We are very pleased with the companies reliability and professionalism. We would use them again and appreciate having a good company to do the job!

Description of Work: Ice maker leaking water on the kitchen floor. Scott arrived and had great advice and was very helpful.

Description of Work: Needed help with a non functioning ice maker and a leaking dish washer. Technician looked at the fridge for all of two minutes and then asked to see the dishwasher. He asked a bunch of questions and diagnosed a faulty door gasket. This is for a 16 month old kitchen Aid dishwasher. He quoted me $254 for the part and labor. When I balked at the cost he started to write a bunch of numbers down with a discount for this and for that and came down to $215. It was a similar experience to dealing with a car salesman. I told him I thought this was an awful lot to spend for what I believe should be an inexpensive part and he said if I got the part myself the labor would go up to get to the $215 number. This logic was lost on me but at this point I just wanted this guy out of my house. His advice on the fridge was to call the manufacturer. He never touched the front panel to check the settings and my husband was able to fix it in 30 seconds. I feel like my $34.95 was wasted as I will not be applying it towards a repair with this company. When the tech came to my house I showed him the way to my kitchen that is the shortest down a narrow hall. He later showed himself to the kitchen cutting through my living and family rooms which was strange to me because this is a longer way to go. I think service people should follow the homeowners lead and not go off on their own in a customer's home.

Description of Work: Refrigerator portion of refrigerator doesn't stay cold, while the freezer gets colder. Actually the technician didn't do anything - he just looked at the refrigerator and wrote down the model number so that he could research the problem.
