From beginning to end, excellent service. It is difficult finding repair services who do Samsung washer/dryer. That just adds to my dissatisfaction with Samsung products. But as unhappy as I am with Samsung I am happy with Gunn Appliance Service. We couldn't have asked for a more professional, attentive and knowledgeable person. They are just excellent.

Spoke to owner, very friendly. Showed up on time, fixed dryer same day by replacing a part, reasonable cost, and explained everything. Would definitely use again in the future.

Luckily the stove was not a major problem, just some electrical wiring. And washing machine needed a new pump. He educated me on how to take better care of thw machine. The gentleman was nice as well. I would recommend to anyone who needed work. Thanm you

Our new home came with a washing machine that shook so loudly it'd wake the baby at the other side of the house. After getting flat-out swindled by another company, I searched Angie's List and found Gunn. They were able to send out a repairman that same day. He fixed it temporarily, but the problem returned a day later. Again, I called Gunn and they sent someone out that same night. Ultimately they were unable to fix the machine (the problem was with the "smart dispenser" pedestal it sat on), but we received solid advice from our repairman, and were only charged $50 for the service call. I was told that the next time we need repairs, I should mention that fee and it'll be applied to future services. That, plus the timely service, made this as good an experience as it could have been.

Excellent. He didn't take the job as opposed to others I contacted. Its very refreshing that a business person was actually honest!

Tom said he came to the property and fixed the refrigerator and the tenant said he never came. Whether he went or not, I told him to send me the bill. He told me it was already sent. I told him my New York address and requested another bill. He started cussing at me and I don't tolerate that.

Very honest,knowledgeable technician who could have easily said I needed a new pump but was able to make the repair and save me a great deal of money,time and aggravatiom.Well done.

While he was there, I told him about a problem with my washer that I feared would get worse. He told me to keep doing what I was doing as it can get expensive in trying to figure out the computerized problems. | |About a month later, my washer stopped working because of the problem I had mentioned. I called a different repair person I've used before who had been out of town when my dryer broke.

Working with Gunn Appliance Service was a pleasant experience from beginning to end, if you can call any appliance problem a pleasant experience. They answered my phone call right away and called back with a scheduled appointment that very day. Scott called on route and arrived as promised. A quick diagnosis confirmed a crack in the refrigerator tubing down the back of our Kenmore Elite which caused water to spray from the back when utilizing the ice maker or the water dispenser. Scott placed a call to get the price of the parts and an estimate was given. The Angies List discount was applied without a problem! In a few days the parts arrived and a convenient time for repair was scheduled. I found Scott to be very knowledgeable, straightforward, and friendly. He was careful with my wood floors and cleaned up when he was done. Always important! Everyone I spoke to during this experience was friendly and helpful. Gunn Appliance Service is now my "go to" for appliance repair. ,

Serviceman arrived on time and a few hours after my call, which was a good thing. Based on a 30-year experience, as I was told later when I called to complain, the diagnostic was very quick and pointed to a fault in the ControlBoard. I was told that in order to repair it would cost me around $300 in parts and around $150 in labor. I was also told that it would perhaps be better to buy a new washer. Being an electronic engineer, I chose to buy the part from Whirlpool and install myself, which I did successfuly. However, a few hours later, the same problem occurred again, which brings me to the initial problem, having already spent $360 (added express delivery and taxes to the part I purchased), and not knowing what the problem is. When I called Gunn again, I was basically told that they could not help since I chose to install the controlboard myself and several other explanations why the fault was on my decision. Not a word to reflect that they did not provide a precise diagnostic or how they would be willing to continue to help me. When I asked if someone else could come and at least take a look at it again, I was offered the same technician, which I declined. I was told they have no one else and that was abruptly the end of our conevrsation. I am very frustrated with the service and commitment level of a provider so highly regarded by Angie's List.

Noticed high-pitched noise coming from dishwasher and called Gunn Alliance the next day. The repairman (owner) arrived the next day and, after a quick and thorough diagnosis, said that the motor was the problem and he have to order the would the part. Since we would be out of town for a few days, he asked me to call him when we returned. The next day the motor was installed and all is well. The owner of Gunn Appliance is friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. This is the second time we have used this company and will do so again. It's rare to find a service company that, first of all, shows up when they say they would, and provides excellent service. I even received a $40 return customer discount!

Scott was great, he was very knowledgeable, personable and explained in detail what he was doing step by step. My dishwasher was leaking when I turned it on from the bottom. Once he completed his job which took about an hour, he tested the dishwasher to make sure it was working properly. He honored the Angie's $20.00 discount and the $50.00 service call was applied towards the job completed. I will definitely use Gunn Appliance Service again, in fact I will need to contact them to come out tomorrow if possible to repair my leaky shower head and toilet that is leaking from the bottom. I am very satisfied with their service and used my dishwasher for the first time yesterday and it worked fine, thanks Scott for your expertise!

Gunn worked me into their schedule for the next day after my initial call, ahead of a competitor. They showed up on or before time agreed to. Communicated well and often about schedule and arrival (under-appreciated skill, btw). Professional, courteous, clean, pleasant. When a factory part, which had been arranged in advance, turned out to be flawed, he had a choice of either waiting for a factory replacement 4 days into the future or being creative with alternative parts sourcing. He chose the latter, made it happen, and then worked me into his schedule for the next day (Saturday). With three kids and a nearly continuous laundry stream, this was a really big win for me. This deserves an A+ and a "use again" designation. Service in So. FL sometimes seems to be a little hit and miss; this was clearly a step above and much appreciated.

Went very well no problem at all and they came when they said they would come.

I was thoroughly pleased service and I would recommend them to anyone. Scott was the technician that came out and he had great communication skills. They were very nice people and made sure to clean up everthing before they left. This is a long time family business owned business. They always kept the orignal appointment that they set and would make sure to call me when they were on the way.

He was on time and very professional. He informed about the other services that were covered. I will use this service again. I am a very happy.

On 12/4 I called Gunn appliance services based on the glowing reviews they had on Angie,s List. They were prompt answering the phone and after I explained what I needed I was given a appointment window right away. I needed a washing machine fixed because the water was not draining out of it and the cycle would not complete without an error message popping up. Scott, the technician called ahead of time to confirm the appointment and gave me an ETA. Upon arrival he went right to work assessing the problem and explaining every step he took. Turned out that the pump was shot and needed to be replaced. Scott explained the pricing and advised me that he would need to order the part because they did not have it in stock. He called in the order, wrote up the paperwork and let me know that he would have to wait for the part before making any repairs. That same evening I received a call from Debbie who told me the part had been delivered and she confirmed a time window for the technician to come back and complete the job. On 12/5 Scott again called to confirm the time and give me an ETA. When he arrived he took the washer apart, took the old part out and showed me the problem with it by comparing how the new part looked and functioned compared to the old one. He installed the new part, put the washer back together and tested the washer to be sure there were no leaks. Scott was a pleasure to work with and very personable. He was professional and got the job done in record time. The price was surprisingly lower than I expected. I would definitely hire this company again for any appliance repairs.

I called to request a service call and they sent the technician out as soon as possible, which was awesome. Then he came to check my dryer that had been previously serviced by someone else who was unable to fix it. The tech spent the time to check the dryer to find out the problem and fixed it only charging me the service call fee. After having been without a dryer for a month Im very happy to say that my dryer is up and running perfectly again. I appreciate the honest, timely, and friendly service they provided. He arrived on time, repaired the appliance, and cleaned up after he was done. He was very professional and very competent.

I was very impressed on all aspects of the repair. From my initial call, Scott was out to my house within about an hour. There was no extra charge for coming on a Saturday. He was able to diagnose and perform the repair very quickly, all the while explaining the procedure as he worked. He had the part in the truck and was very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this company for any appliance repair. It's a family run business with years of experience. Very professional and courteous.

We contact him to fix a washer machine. First call he was super nice. We scheduled an appointment with the tenant. Tenant tried to changed once the date, but when I called again he was very rude. He told me he couldn´t talk because he was busy and he would call me again which he never did. When I tried to call again because the tenant wanted to verify the time he was so rude every time I called just to try to schedule in the best way. He told me to call to the office which I did, but anyway he always answered the phone and tell me he was very busy and never called back. He cheked and evaluated the washer. Told me it was going to cost 300$. I said ok, we need to fix it ASAP. He told me he was going in 2 days, but he never call or show. Super rude, not professional and not responsible. Terrible service

Serviceman was knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant. He explained everything as he went along, explained things that I should do to prevent problems in the future . He arrived on time, gave estimate before any work was done, worked quickly, cleaned up and went out of his way to be helpful and nice. I couldn't be happier.
