Arrived a little late due to massive traffic delay to our location. Once arrived, evaluated service and went right to work. Completed work as promised. Highly recommend.

Two men came on 8/31 and did the guest bathroom (re-grout & caulk). They were thorough & the tiles looked amazingly new. Three men came on Tues 9/3/13 - they re-grouted & caulked the master bath floor & the tub wall tiles which were horrendous. They now look brand-spanking new. They also cleaned & color-sealed the kitchen & foyer tiles. OM Goodness I can see how beautiful the tiles are now. This company & its workers - Les Grogan - the owner, Sue in the office, were professional but yet down-to-earth. Really nice folks. I have already recommended them to my neighbors who saw the results.

Very professional crew came in and cleaned and prep floors for recoloring ceramic tile. Color matched tile making area look bigger and cleaner.

They were outstanding.  They showed up on time, finished on time and cleaned up.  Very impressed. 

They did such a fantastic job that 1 1/2 years later my floors still look amazing.  I clean them once a month with the solution they gave me and other times just a damp mop is fine

Very professional, they scheduled us, kept the date, and they followed up prior to our appointment with a couple of phone calls to verify the time they would arrive.  The guys arrived on time and worked hard all day.  They were all polite, no problems at all.  As they were about to leave I even found out that they had worked on a job the night before until 11 pm.  I was impressed with their work ethic.  We also received a follow up call from the company to see if we were pleased with the job.  Will definitely use them again. 

The men were punctual and neat.  The grout matches the tiles and looks great.  They missed a spot, so I called the company back and got it taken care of promptly.  The owner came out to do the repair and found a few other spots which I had not noticed.  Although expensive, the work is guaranteed for five years if properly cared for.  I am very happy with the results, so far.

The whole floor looks brand new. The only issue that I have is that they don't protect the baseboards. I have new white baseboards and they got the grout sealer (a light beige) on the baseboards in several areas. It's a real pain to try to get off.

Joe Behr looked at the tile and grout in our new apartment and recommended the work to be done. The cleaning team came on time and performed the work as promised.

They did a great job of selling their service, claiming to offer a long-term solution. When they came out, they were only here for an hour. After finishing, they seemed to be in a hurry to leave. They asked for payment, told me to wait two days and then mop it with water and vinegar, and quickly left. The grout sealant is now peeling, and there are actually areas where I have almost no grout at all. They offered a 5 year guarantee, which upon inspection is FULL of exclusions. It's like not having a guarantee at all. My husband spoke with the owner, and he said he'd get back with us. I waited six days and never heard anything. I faxed him about my concerns. He called back and refused to speak with me, asking for my husband. He finally came out a couple of weeks later. He is, however, not taking responsibility, saying that I didn't properly care for the floor. He said he would come out again with one of his best servicemen to reexamine. It's been a month -- no response.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY PUNCTUAL. EVERYTHING WENT OFF WITHOUT A HITCH. THEY STAYED WITHIN THEIR GIVEN ESTIMATE AND TIME PERIOD. I'M VERY HAPPY WITH HOW EVERYTHING TURNED OUT.
