FLOORS DIRECT

At first everything seemed to go well. We originally wanted to do tile, but Ed said that the luxury vinyl planks would work best for us. That they could be floated over any exisiting tile. They don't actually install the floor, they outsource the work to someone else to install. I had to write two checks, one to Floors Direct and the other to the installer Steve Siegelman. It was never clear who would be responsible if there were problems. Immediately after install the floor lookedreally good and there didn't appear to be any problems. The installers weren't horrible, but they were really bad about the time situation and showing up on time with the install. About a month after the install the vinyl planks started popping out. They came out to look at it and they said that the tile underneath was popping up causing the new vinyl planks to pop out as well. They suggested that the old floor should have been ripped up before installing the vinyl planks. I spoke to a woman at Floors Direct and told her that Ed was very clear that it wouldn't be an issue with installing the vinyl plank over the existing tile floor. I said that I originally wanted to go with tile again, but was told by Ed that the vinyl planks would a better solution for us and he knew that the existing tiles were hollow and it wouldn't be an issue to install over them. The woman at Floors Direct told me that it wasn't their repsonsibility that this was happening and it was my problem. I had to have the installers come back out to tear up the floor, which I wound up having to tear up half of it myself. They re-installed the vinyl planks after the tile was torn up. I had to pay the extra amount out of pocket because Floors Direct wouldn't take responsibilty for the problems with the floor.

The sales department did a great job in finding us the matching hardwood floor that needed. Lindsey was always polite and informative of the process and Ed came out after hours in order to measure and collect all necessary date for the installation. Their contractor installer worked hard in order to meet our time frame and they did a great job. Their warranty and after sales support make it come out as a top notch job.
We are very pleased with these people. In a very short time frame the whole process was completed. We thank them very much for doing such a great job in a 12 day window before we moved in.

Everything went very well and there were no problems at all. The only thing I would like to mention is that they had a large selection to choose from, but most of it was Shaw carpets, and not much from other brands. The customer service was very good and they were extremely helpful throughout the project.

Shopped and Shopped and Shopped some more. We thought we had found the best deal out there in another store. Just before pulling the trigger on that deal, a contractor told me that I should go and speak with Jose at Floors Direct. Jose was able to smash the pricing that we had found for the exact same wood and tile that we had already chosen. Did I mention that they have a great selection of product to choose from? Seriously, it seemed to good to be true. I've always heard that you get what you pay for but that could not be further from the truth in this case. I worked with both Jose and Ed to hammer out the sales and installation details. Two of my favorite people that I've met since moving to South Florida. These guys are awesome!!! I was really impressed with the knowledge that Ed possessed. He has approximately 1,000 years of experience from owning his own stores to working with Floors Direct. Ed has obviously poured this knowledge into Jose as he is also a master of his trade. I am so thankful that we were led to Jose and Ed. Divine intervention? Possibly. Both of these guys were with me every step of the way to make sure that the installation was to my very picky standard. Every person that comes into our house first comments on how beautiful our floors are. I cannot say enough about these guys and the experience that I had. I would never trust my flooring needs to anyone else - PERIOD!

They were good and pretty responsive.

The sales part was great no hassle great products quality people to deal with.Installation was good. My only complaint was that the installers didn't vacumn the carpet when they were done.They said they didn't have a vacumn cleaner on the truck.
I wish joe the manager had called me at the completion of the job, and I would have told him about this.
But I would recommend these people and use them again.We are very happy with the carpet and really recommend the premium carpet padding.It cost more but worth every penny.

All of the sales staff were very professional. They promptly scheduled an appointment to measure the areas to be carpeted. After the measurements were taken, we had a written estimate sent to us via e-mail the next business day. The installation went smoothly and we were pleased with the quality of the carpet. We would certainly use this company again.

I have used their services many times for apartments I own. They were excellent. The only thing is, I went back to get the same tiles for a different bathroom and they didn't carry it anymore. The installers are fabulous. They are neat, clean and timely.

They did an excellent job. They only took a couple days and it looks wonderful. I was very impressed at their quick turn around. I would use them again in the future and highly recommend them.

Rubin and Tom delivered the carpeting and pad on time. Their work was first rate and they didn't leave until the job was done to our complete satisfaction. My wife objected to one spot over the door frames and they fixed it without question. Just a real pleasure to do business with from start to finish and in between.

They are great. They are easy to work with They help you pick the flooring out. You know exactly what you are getting and what price it will be. They are reasonably priced.

My interaction with her went very well. She is very accurate and good. She offered samples. We have not decided if we need to use them or not.

The sales process was very easy. The sales person spent a great deal of time with us letting me decide which carpeting would work best for me. They came out and did a great job of measuring and determining the best position of seams. Outstanding job. The installation was great, however, there was a disconnect in the communication of removing old carpet which I had removed from floors. Other than that small issue, everything was great.

At Floors Direct, we found the exact carpeting we wanted with help from Lindsay, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient. The price was very reasonable. Our carpeting arrived and was installed within a week with no problems.

Tom and Charlie were the installers and they did a great job. This company and the installers had been recommended by a friend.

I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE COMPANY. WE HAD ONE LITTLE PROBLEM WITH THEM, BUT THEY CORRECTED IT IMMEDIATELY. WE HAVE HAD NO FURTHER PROBLEMS. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
