"Angies list members: Please notice the discrepancy of his dates mentioned to the date on the inspection report that this member provided. Not a honest man. Permit opened on 10/13. Inspection was the day after the job was scheduled and completed on 10/20 Hi [Member Name Removed]. Its unfortunante for me that you have explained this in a way that sounds like it took over 20 days to replace your a/c. In reality the a/c was replaced in a few hours time, and a few screws were needed to pass inspection. The a/c works great and I'ver never in my career abandoned a job regardless of the demeanor of a homeonwer. This job was completed on time and passed a city inspection within a couple days. This homeowner was never without air and was not ripped off. This rude man was treated accordingly. A crane was used to replace this a/c on the rooftop and my workers were at the house waiting for the crane when it arrived. No work was to be completed in the house and the homeowner did not need to be home as he was aware. This guy wanted to stick my thermometer in his mouth to test if it was accurate!! Which I denied. That's what the bad review is all about. He should mention the a/c was replaced and working the same day. 10:30-2pm job completed."
