"I am very sorry about this. I have gotten flooded with service calls and estimates in the last several weeks like all my clients have found out. My company has been blessed with an abundance of work, but we are still small crew. My hope is for everyone to have their service needs taken care of. We are still running a couple of weeks behind , but ask for your patience as we will continue to do our best to help each and everyone who gets on our waiting list. They not only showed up, but were  a few minutes early.  This never happens in Florida.  I had already  guessed the cause of the problem and showed  him.  He  diplomatically  showed me I was wrong, then made the repair, which was not easy considering it's hidden location.  I will eventually need my system replaced and will use this company.

They are great! They are very responsive and do great work! I work with Bill and he’s always responsive. He comes out and gets it taken care of. I trust him and his prices are fair. The last time he was out, we had an issue with our system but he got it fixed and got it going. I really count him!

Dal was professional in scheduling the visit but when he came, he told me that my sprinkler pump was dead and could not evaluate my sprinklers without getting a new pump.
He said that he would be happy to install a new one for $750.00. I told him that I had a friend who was a handy man, and that maybe he could get a new pump cheaper for me. Dal understood and said that he would reschedule. My hand man friend came over and all he did to get the pump working was to hit the switch on and the pump immediately worked.
I did not know anything about a switch to turn on the pump but Dal should have known this.
When he called again to reschedule the appointment, I declined without giving any further explanantion.
I am out the $49.99 for the tune up but am glad that I did not allow him to put in the $750 new pump and be out that money and perhaps more.

He came out and took a look at the system. He gave me a quote of $900 to fix the entire system. I am a renter so I have not gone through with anything as of now.

Great experience. Bill knew what needed to be done, gave me an opportunity to check what he was saying, was very quick about getting the work done.  From first contact to completion only took 2-3 days.  I would highly recommend.

Bill and I have been doing business for 15 years or so. He originally installed my sprinkler system when I first moved into my house. His work was very good then and still is. Over the years he repaired my timer. He is so busy because he is reliable and does not charge you for anything you do not need. Today he replaced my sprinkler pump and motor and rebuilt my zone valve. There is nothing cheap in the sprinkler system to replace, but Bill's prices are fair and his work dependable.
