S & O Greenworks Inc

The crew showed up right on time (in fact, they were early, which was totally fine with me.)  They tore out my existing bahia lawn, which also had some awkward areas of decorative marble chips and weed fabric to be removed, and leveled all the existing dirt.  The sod was laid down and watered in, with a full clean up of the dirt off my driveway, porch, and sidewalk by 4 PM.  It looks great so far (this is day 1.)  I do not have an irrigation system and wasn't looking to add one, so the techs gave me some watering tips too.

They do a great job, very thorough and profesional.  I have a large yard and the price is a little more than others but well worth it.

Excellent service from S&O. They fixed a broken tall sprinkler head, fixed a leak on another, replaced 3 rotating nozzels with better ones, and fixed a zone that was not shutting off.  They did the services over 2 day period.  I had called because one zone wouldn't shut off so they came out within one business day to fix it. The first day they were a couple hours late, but I didn't care since they removed their charge for coming out. They found the other issues while they were out and quoted me a price to fix.  I negotiated price down $20 and accepted. They returned the next day as promised and completed the work.   They were on time 2nd day.  After they were finished they walked the yard with me and showed me everything.  I was very happy.  I would hire them again in an instant.

We've been S&O customers for about 9 months, and are very pleased with their services. Their teams are always punctual and professional. Huge upgrade over TruGreen.

Noticeable changes on lawn within a month. The grass in the backyard became much greener than before and looks much healthier than neighbors'. Still in need of their cares on our trees-the two little baby palms.

Great service, with detailed summary of work. Summary includes service description along with any specific instructions, to include any warnings or cautions. I know who treated our yard, and It is SOP for the technician to leave a hand written note on what work was accomplished. Bill includes a reminder of when our watering days are, a reminder to have your irrigation system checked, and even includes a checklist documenting that our gates were closed/ secured. The are reliable/prompt, call ahead, and always answer the phone.

They come once a month, and our lawn has never looked better. I would highly recommend them. They are a local company and they know their business. We were very pleased with them.

Doug always make sure he is never late with service each month. He gives me a detailed description of work that was done along with any up-keep I need to preform. I always have a easy way to contact Doug if I need to have any questions or concerns addressed about my grass. He is committed to making sure I have the best looking lawn in the neighborhood. Great. I had 0 water pressure and was able to turn off the sprinkler system when I checked first to see what was wrong and saw water gushing from the back flow valve. I went  on line and looked up services for this on Angie's List and they had an A+ rating.I placed a call in and the response was the same day. John went over the irrigation system to inspect the rest of my irrigation and found other problem areas that he pointed out to me. He then wrote an estimate and explained the work can be done at my convenience. He came out on Mon. with 2 men and in a couple of hours everything was up and running as if new. I felt the price was worth it and had the option of not using their service once the quote was given and inspection completed. They do charge a flat  $40.00 fee for the complete inspection whether you have them do the repair or not but I thought they were so thorough it was worth it. My irrigation had not been checked for 2 years.

I was having problems with another company that was treating my lawn.  One of my neighbors recommended S&O Greenworks.  When I received the quote it was $10.00 higher than I was paying but it included tree and plant care.  I thought the extra was worth paying since the two well know companies I used in the past hadn't done the job I believe they were paid to do. 
I can say using S&O Greenworks was a great decision.  I am glad I decided to pay a few dollars more.  My lawn looks better than it ever has with just three visits.  The lawn is growing so fast  that I have to mow it every four days.  The lawn is green and getting thicker than ever.

I pay $45.00 per month for them to come out and do lawn and ground cover care. They include fertilization and pest control in their care. Overall I have had a great ongoing experience with them.

Always professional and always dependable. Knoced to inform me he was going to be providing the service and again when complete to let me know what he had done. I feel we get what we pay for with S&O adn can recommend them without reservation.

S&O is prompt, courteous, and does an excellent job.  Our lawn has improved significantly, and gets better each month. They are exceptionally reliable and immediately address any concerns. Management (owners) are easily available and demonstrate true concern for their customers.

It went well.  We're new to Florida and it's unique grass, so we needed some help to make sure our lawn was up to par.  Brian, who lives across the street and has the best lawn in the whole community, suggested we contact S & O.  We've been very pleased.  It seems a bit pricey because we've never had a lawn service before, but I'm told it's a fair price, and they're definitely a pleasure to deal with.

After using another company previously who would not return a call I decided to try S&O as I see their trucks often in my neighborhood and at my childrens school.  I called and setup an appointment and John called me back quickly even though they told me they were very busy.

John came out of for an estimate and was there quite sometime explaining things to me.  I know he was running late to his next appointment but he took all the time necessary to go over every inch of my system to make sure they did everything to get it up and running correctly.  I had a lot of brown spots but could not understand why since I had another company out within the year.

They flagged it all off and then came a week later when I would be home to do the repairs.  They sent a crew of three GREAT guys all who got straight to work!  In a matter of 3 hours they had installed or replaced 15 heads, relocated a few heads and tied into existing lines and installed 3 or 4 more heads to properly water my lawn and eliminate all the brown spots.  You could see a BIG difference in the coverage and way that it was installed.  The parts they used also look much more heavy duty!.  I will definitely use them again!

S & O Greenworks, are very personable, their work is very good, I walked around the neighborhood and looked at the yards that had S & O Greenworks's signs in them and the yards were immaculate. 

We will continue to use them in the future and would recommend them to others. 

Cost is $40 a month.

S&O Greenworks visited us and gave us a quote to provide regular service. We were quoted $85/month for lawn treatment (fertilizer, chinch bug control, etc.). Comparatively, it was more expensive than other services, but we were assured that the results would show. They started treating in April. The quality of the lawn did not decrease, but it did not improve much, either. We asked them in early September if this is "as good as it gets" or if it would improve. They said they needed six months from when they started. We said we'd give them until November. We did, things did not really change, some brown spots still remained, so we decided to go with another service.

They are very thorough, keep me informed, offer advice, address any problems in the lawn immediately, give excellent customer service, and are really friendly.
