This is a very good company indeed. I have been dealing with a water heater issue for over 6 months but Robbies plumbing did an awesome job installing my new water heater. I called the office and within 2 hours they came out and did an awesome job. Marcus did an absolutely great job in a professional way. Would hire again!

Nothing against the company. They were polite and on time. I got charged $150 to sort of drain my hot water heater. I was relieved that there were no problems, but they were unable to replace my anode rod, which I wanted accomplished. They really needed an impact wrench to accomplish the job and did not have one. I paid $150 for 30 minutes of work which equals $300 an hour for services performed. Not their fault. Mine for saying okay.

They were supposed to provide me with a receipt and an estimate for installing a water softener. They did neither in spite of repeated calls that went unanswered. Not sure what their problem is because they were very responsive when they were trying to get my business for installation of the water heater.
