Description of Work: they replaced several sections of screen with regular screen on 4 larger sections and florida glass on several others. we knew that the repair was not going to be scheduled for over a week as they were booked up. we had not heard from them on the start of the second week when they pleasantly surprised us with a call stating that they could be over in about half an hour to do the job. it was around 5 o'clock in the evening but they managed to finish just after dark. very good job. workers friendly and did a great job. I would use them again. reasonably priced

Description of Work: I'm impressed by the glowing reviews. That's the reason I was interested in his services. Clearly, he's good at his craft. Unfortunately, after setting a date for him to come out and give me an estimate, he no-showed, and never bothered to call beforehand to let me know. After giving him a few days to call me, I called again, and spoke to his secretary, explaining what happened. She assured me that she would give him the message, and she was quite apologetic. That was several days ago. An inability to keep an appointment was frustrating enough, but the lack of effort to rectify the situation seems very unprofessional.

They gave me a price on each option (pool, back porch, front porch, Windows) so I could decide what to have done based on my budget. They were very professional, provide additional information to help me decide and provided screen samples. |We agreed on an installation date. They arrived early and did an excellent job. I highly recommend Mr. Screen Repair.
