I hired this company to do a deep cleaning of my house through Angi. Might I say.. she did a horrible job and I felt like I was a victim of fraud from both Angi and Jazzy cleaning services. Before she came I made sure all trashes were thrown away. I washed and put away all dishes and pots. The floor was free of distractions. The house was set and ready to be cleaned. Two hours later she texted and said she was done. I find it strange that she finished that quick, but she she seems like a sweet girl, so I give her the benefit of a doubt. I arrived home, food crumbs and dust was still lingering around. The bedroom was not dusted or wiped. The beds were not done. The microwave was still dirty. The living room was not swept or mop properly.. where crumbs were still on the sofas. The bathroom was not swept and the surrounding of the toilets were cleaned. Windows blinds were not even open for her to even dust them and so much more. At the end I leaden my lesson to never hire non professional service, especially through ANGI.

DO NOT USE WANDA ROSARIO'S JAZZY CLEANING SERVICES. I had to get a move out clean done while moving overseas. I hired Wanda Rosario for the job. She was nice only as long as she got paid. Turns out she left her job incomplete at my apartment. After being FULLY paid, she dodged and ignored my calls and texts from half way around the world. NOT TRUSTWORTHY AT ALL. I should have checked her Yelp reviews before hiring. Apparently I'm not the first one to go through a similar experience.

We purchased Jazzy's Cleaning Service on 05/24/2017 for a thorough cleaning services. We contacted their service and sent them texts and emails with our information. We were not able to get any dates scheduled. Finally my wife was told that we were out of her service area and that she no longer accepted Angie's List promotions. I have contacted Angie's List on numerous occasions since and have been told that they cannot help even though they are the only name on my bank account statement. So needless to say I am out $122 and supposedly there is no way to remedy the situation. Waste of time and money.

They were there for two hours for a job that was suppose to be for 6 hours. My house is not a disaster but surely not spotless in two hours. My daughter looked around and things were cleaned but definitely not detailed. I am sure I will clean the house further when I get home from work. I will not be hiring again. Thank you

I left Yazzy a v/message. She never called and I called back. She came to my home - I had an errand to do and told her I would be back soon. Within an hour she called told me she was done. I was very surprised that she would be done in an hour but thought she might work fast. I got home and she did a horrible job. Didn't even dust or vacuum.

Satisfied. I've used the service again for a quick cleaning. She also made a separate visit to clean the windows

It was not a good experience. I scheduled it for Monday, April 17th. They did not show up. I called and then was told by the owner that the people that were suppose to come they either had a car accident or a flat tire and they weren't able to get to my house. The owner said she'd come and clean no matter how later it was since she was on a job already. Then she calls back that evening and says if she can come the next day first thing in the morning since it would've been too late. I was okay with that but she didn't come. I ended up calling her and she was late. She finally shows up, late and doesn't bring a vacuum cleaner. She bring some supplies. I had her start in my bathroom, I asked her to start on my windows that were on the outside of my bathroom leading to my bedroom. She told me she doesn't do windows. She was in my house for three hours. I had some place to go at 1pm and I scheduled that cleaning because I had an out of town guest coming that Tuesday, the 18th, and I wanted the house spotless. She didn't do a good job at all. She wanted to use my vacuum cleaner on my hardwood floors and I told her I didn't want that done so she swept the floors. She did not wash my floors, only swept them. She left in three hours but I was glad to get her out of my house. She didn't give me any paper work. Very dissatisfying service. I feel she owes me the $99 I spent for her to so-called clean my house for three hours. I told her about the particular things I wanted her to clean and dust and she didn't do that either. She did a half-job cleaning my blinds as well.

Very good job from a pleasant lady. She did what we ask. Good experience. I would use them again.

First got Jazzy's through an Angies Coupon. She showed up and performed very well so we scheduled her back a month later. She never showed uo and never called to explain why. Not reliable!

How are you the owner and can't even clean properly? She did horrible, didn't do what she was supposed to do, very unprofessional! I wish I could get a refund but I learned my lesson with this one. I should have read all the REVIEWS before hand I see I'm not the only one that feels the same way.

We paid for 6 hour of work, but got 2 workers for 3 hours. This is worse than one worker for 3 hours, since they worked both in the same room and talked all the time and did not make much of the progress. After about 1.5 hour when release that they are still in the same bedroom, we had to intervene to split them up, this helped a bit. They will pretend to work where the work was not needed and would avoid where it is, so we have to intervene again. This was a waste of time and money.

It was awesome. Ms. Rosario was extremely polite, professional, and friendly. The job was pretty tough but she made it look effortless and spotless- and quick. I got the bargain for 2-hours at 63.00, and it was well worth the investment- plus, I made a new friend. I look forward to having her here more often....the house needs it (LOL)...

Missed many things( baseboards and vent covers) but what they did do they did well

I wouldn't know b/c they would not call, nor email me back after repeated attempts. After reading some of the D-F grades, it seems as though after they ran their promotion that I was not the only one that they could not service.

After making the arrangements I was contacted in a timely manner and Wanda worked me in on one of the three days I asked for so that part was great. However, on the day of service she showed up approx 2 1/2 hours late (due to rain) and arrived alone. In the past most companies have sent out 2 or more people hence 2 people for 3 hrs equal the 6 hour Deal etc. Being she got there at 2:45 pm it was going to be a long day or so I initially thought. She was very pleasant and worked very fast. My house is not that big and not that dirty so she was able to breeze through the place in about 2 1/2 hours. I asked about the 6 hrs I paid for and she said "it is what it is and she would not make a second trip due to the distance". And asked if there was anything else I needed cleaned. I made a quick check and things seemed Ok not great but Ok. Then my wife got home and discovered areas that were not dusted at all or just skimmed over. Things like the fan blades were untouched as were window sills etc. One other thing that stood out was that when she arrived she asked where I kept my vacuum where any other company I have used has always brought their own supplies and equipment and PROVIDED THE ENTIRE NUMBER OF HOURS OF SERVICE PURCHASED.

The cleaning lady(Wanda)left a message and a text on 6/18. I tried to call her back but never got an answer. I left a text as well, still got no reply. She never showed up. I am disappointed. Need to retrieve my $50 please.
