Water Treatment & Purification System Installation and Replacement
We had our whole house water softener installed by this company on 10/23, and it came with a 1-year free platinum care program, which included coming out and adding salt to the system quarterly and also making sure the system is running like it's supposed to. After the year, we didn't renew the platinum care program, and when the worker came out in July 2024 to add salt to our system, he purposely placed our system in bypass. We are from up north and never had to use a water softener, so we didn't realize that the system wasn't working properly for almost 10 months. When we finally got around to having another company come out and check the system over (8/29), they immediately saw that the system had been placed in bypass. Now, understand, this isn't the case where someone could have accidentally hit a switch and put the system in bypass. No, you have to turn this blue knob like 15 times to shut off the water flow into the water softener. The guy from the other company said that "this

Steve is absolutely fantastic. I just bought a new home and had some work done by a competitor to my softener system, which ultimately was done incorrectly. Steve came to the rescue and fixed their mistakes immediately. His customer service , knowledge , attention to detail is second to none. He is fantastic at what he does and anyone who hires any other company in the Tampa Bay Area is making a huge mistake.

My husband had been replacing our Culligan Reverse Osmosis filters for quite some time. However this year he had been ill so we decided to hire someone to replace them. We didn't want to call the Culligan company because of their reputation for excessive service charges. We know now how much filters cost so we know that the price charged us a year after we had the unit installed was too high. But this time we had no choice. I went into the Home Advisor site to see what other vendors charged for this kind of service but I still ended up with a Culligan servicer, Culligan Water Conditioning! We were quoted an amount that was lower than the amount we paid before so we decided to go with them. The tech rep, Steve Easters, impressed us with his efficiency and his affable nature that we decided to have him replace our filters in the future even if we know that we can save a lot by replacing them ourselves. He is one of the better technical reps we had come across during the 40+ years we have lived in the U.S. Culligan is lucky to have him.

Our water was turning everything yellow and had a smell with a lot of dirt in it. Steve the salesman came out and tested our water. He didn't try to pressure us he was very friendly. He offered us the all in one system and a deal they were running at the time for money off to haul our old system away. They offer a financing option with no money down. We decided to go with them vs the other companies because of the warranty on equipment. Others were cheaper but they offered the best warranty and financing which others did not. Another gentleman named Steve installed the equipment but he didn't arrive to our house until 7 at night when we were trying to get the kids in bed which was two hours past the later time we were told(3-5). But he installed everything in the dark and was nice. We still had dirt in our water and they said they would not bill until 100% completely satisfied. So they flushed out our pipes since the dirt was not coming from the system it was leftover. This worked great, but again the same guy Steve was two hours late and it was done a 8PM so we had to sleep with the whole house smelling like bleach. I think this type of work should be done first thing in the mornings so the house can air out. We are happy with our system everything works great. They service it every other month. No more yellow so no more cleaning constantly. No more orange hair and we can have white clothes. And no more smell!!!!

He drilled under my cabinets to connect the fridge to the reverse osmosis system , but didn't clean up after himself.

Lance, my rep was extremely professional. Explained everything in detail. Ryan the installer was very friendly an professional also. The previous company that gave me a quote didn't even know the house was ready for softener system (plumbing, set up, drain etc.) They wanted to dig a hole in my yard and install a container for drainage. Thank god I didn't hire them cullingan saved me a lot of headache andmoney. System runs perfect the water is amazing. Thanks guy you are the best.
