They are a delight to work with.  I can’t say enough good things about them.  The difference the unit makes with the water is enormous.  They are kind, respectful and even the delivery man is very respectful with space when delivering the salt.  They deliver the salt on an approximately monthly basis.

They removed it as it had leaked onto the bottom of our new kitchen cabinets and damaged the baseboard portions.  Other than this, the unit is working well and the guys were fantastic and will always call to let you know they're coming.

The person who explained the product initially to us was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining things.  He was not aggressive.  Sayid comes faithfully on the day scheduled for salt refills.  He comes every other month and I have the entire schedule for 2015 as to when they're coming.  The plan we are on is called the "Plus Care" care.  The installers were excellent and the unit is space-conscious.  They were efficient, on-time and professional. Our water is wonderful now.  My hands are now soft and when making coffee there is no longer hard water residue.  I would estimate having this system has increased the life of our appliances and plumbing.  Culligan is an A+ provider to work with.

Most recently, they filled our salt.  There were a couple issues where they weren’t able to accommodate my schedule.  Initially they didn’t give us a choice to have the unit inside or outside.  We wanted the unit outside and it need to be moved outside.  It took them a long time to rectify this situation.
