Requested several trees/bushes removed as well as trim remaining bushes and install river rock in yard. They did remove several trees but left 3 large palm stumps they were not able to remove. Punctured water line and did not repair only capped off. Failed to trim 1/2 of the bushes requested and the other 1/2 were poorly trimmed. Specifically requested white river rock to replace in some areas and they installed 1 yard of the incorrect rock in yard that doesn'����t come close to matching. Yard was not cleaned after work. Spoke with Curtis that evening and he refuses to address.

"Sorry for your bad experience we trimmed what you had ask. On the stump we could grind them so we treated them to rott far as the rock you ask for white riverock I cap the break off cause your wife said you would take care of it. But so sorry for your incovience Thank you curtis"

The customer service was always friendly and easy to get ahold of. We had a miscommunication of what was supposed to be done to the landscape. The spring clean up was by far not to my satisfaction with trimming and cleaning up the weeds growing. The sod was not put down professionally. The worst part about the quality that was evident is the sod was put right on top of our sprinklers! There wasn't a lot of attention to detail. We hired someone else who flagged the sprinklers and made sure they worked before and after sodding.

It was very expensive. I paid over $500 and about $300 was charged to find the valves! I wasn't given an estimate upfront.

Curtis and his crew did an unbelievable job removing a very old, dead tree. It was over 40' tall and they had to take each limb done by hand due to no way to get a lift into our backyard. The crew that came to my house worked as a team better than anything I have ever witnessed before! The customer service is great, too! They kept in contact with me every step of the way while we found time to get this huge job done. They are All Stars! I would recommend them and will use them again if I need another tree removed. You won't find another company this good!
